I have been a customer of Sprint for 16 years, have a business account and have been coming to this store since it opened. The associates there have always been great and have taken care of whatever I needed. I was there today to swap out my phone to a new phone and transfer my Wife's older phone to my phone. Sounds pretty simple but is was not because we did not have the proper backup. 2 Associates, Adrian, The Mobil Expert and Shruti, Customer Loyalty Representative were beyond amazing. I can't put into words how helpful, patient, knowledgeable they are and they stayed with me (over 3 hours) to make sure everything was done properly. They worked with me to get everything thing to Icloud on both phones (the backup is what took most of the time) . The only thing that could not be backed up was the voice mails but they showed me how I could (and did) save them. They made sure I did not lose anything. They stayed with me and checked to make sure everything was there and was working properly. They showed me how to use features which I was not sure of. They did everything that was needed to do and then some, like looking into my account to make sure we are all set up for the change over to 5G. They got me everything I need for all the phones on my account. They even found I was eligible for a discount on some of my accessories that I bought. As always I left there an extremely happy customer. Adrian and Shruti's service today and they way I was treated from the moment I walked in the store by the manager and others is why I will stay a customer. Without hesitation I recommend this store to anybody that needs anything for their phones, new equipment and accessories. Outstanding, Thank You again Adrian and Shruti!!!

If you're looking to buy a new phone or switch over to T-Moble I definitely recommend asking for Simon! His customer service is outstanding!👏 He is very honest, knowledgeable, and patient. I had so many questions.🤦♀️ Simon sat down with me and thoroughly explained the different options and promotions they offered. I ended up getting 3 phones! Thank you for all your help!😊

Had to bring my aging Motorola phone in due to the CDMA phase out. Charles was familiar with the situation and had some great recommendations appropriate to my low usage needs. The entire process was painless and he answered all my questions without making me feel hurried or not so cell smart. Definitely hope he is there the next time I need to upgrade my phone.
