horrible service, rude people work here, and to be honest I went down the street to the other metro on Arrow and they are way nicer and had better help. They evern can do more for you, way more products over there.

So this is a long overdue review.. This location is so RUDE, the employees and the owner are all the same, this guy is the rudest person, I cant believe MetroPCS corporate lets him own stores. They are so shady here, they upgraded my phone, charged me tons of fees, and then the gave me a HIGH SECURITY pass code without telling me. This is a BAD PLACE. So I ended up going to another location near by, they helped me with getting my codes and helped me out. You have been warned, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

The two girls in this store are extremely beautiful and it is the only reason I go to this location otherwise I'd go to the store around the block from my house. The store itself is also very nice and clean. everyone is very nice. If they seem rude it's probably because you didnt understand them. I have never had a problem with anyone there. they are so friendly. The store itself is hardly ever busy. only one time was I in when there were customers.
