Worst customer service website closing time 7pm. Walked in at 5:10pm they said they were closed. Told them hours on website said 7pm was there closing time and told me website hours was wrong. Really disappointed pay a lot of money for this service and I couldn’t get the help that I need on my day off.

trevione was extra slow or special Ed literally told him over 5 times what color Apple Watch I wanted and he said yes that’s what he ordered but come to find out he lied… he still got it wrong and to top it off he gave me attitude not my fault he’s over weight and makes minimum wage

I went over to pick up my 2 new phones that I had ordersd over the phone and they didnt accept the phones I had to trade in to get them so they said that the only way to turn in the phones would be through mail but they got the shipping address wrong for the mail and they said they couldnt do anything to change it so I went to another verizon store in Upland and they actually easily changed my address and activated my phone right then and there in under 30 minutes so dont go to this verizon go to the one in upland its a much better experience 😅

The Corporate Verizon stores are always better than the normal ones, been using this one for years cas it is one of the better stores.

Worse experience I've had since I've owned a cell phone. We opened two new lines back in October 2021 to get two brand new iPhone minis for free (per the promo) so we cancelled the old lines and we were told that we would get 400 per each phone (both phones were paid off). Well here we are 6 months later. No credits, Verizon can't find the phones that were sent in and the sales guy never processed the promo. We were billed full price for both phones, never recieved the $800 in credit. Oh and to top it off we didnt reget the uphon mini. now we are stuck with a phone my kids didnt want. And our old phones are no were to be found. 4/27/22: Update After 6 months of getting the run around from this store. I contacted Verizons Executive team yesterday afternoon. My issue was resolved first thing this morning at 8:43am! Problem solved!

We preorder phone and pre paid. But device wasn't available when we got there. !? Bunch of blame game .. 🚫 not wanting to help types at every Verizon we went to Ended up going to three different stores and having our money take a week to get back to us. Still w broken 💔 phone ... which is why I have T-Mobile. Nuf Said ... Geeze do better 2022 love ..Smh

Believe it or not the guy who rides around in the motor bike takes advantage of you. Been trying trying sort out my expensive plan for 3 months something we didn't agree on. If you don't need insurance well check again.
