Staff was very helpful and polite. As far as the mattress we bought we will have to wait 2 weeks for delivery to try it out. But overall experience was great 👍.

West was awesome in helping us determine which options for a new mattress were going to be best suited for us taking into consideration our personal comfort levels, budget, sleep needs, etc. He took a lot of time with us walking through each potential mattress and was extremely knowledgeable. Can't wait to sleep on our new bed!!

I pretty heavily rely on reviews when determining where I’m going to shop or eat. In the past we have just gone to Costco for mattresses, but I noticed that Mattress Firm had good reviews and we thought we’d check them out during the 4th of July sale. We were immediately greeted when we came in and Wes approached us to find out what we were looking for. We were in a mission for a twin mattress for my toddler. He asked us a few questions about how long we were hoping she would use it and gave us recommendations based on our answers. He provided excellent information to help us make our decision and it was a far more positive experience than poking through mattresses at Costco. We were shown affordable mattresses and explained the difference between more expensive options. I wasn’t planning on finding a mattress, but our experience was so positive, efficient, and informative that I felt comfortable making a decision quickly. I seriously cannot recommend any more highly to go to a Mattress Firm (particularly this one) for you next mattress purchase. We will be back.

Faith at the Rancho Cucamonga location has to be one of the knowledgeable mattress specialists I've ever met. She was a pleasure to work with and learn from. Definitely worth the time spent in the store. She was quick & efficient -- we purchased exactly what we needed and will be back for the mattress she suggested upon asking her opinion on one. You don’t realize how important it is to buy the right mattress. I feel like I got the right mattress for the right price. The entire experience was a great one!

Patrick is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we would like. When he said he knew which mattress we would love after only lying on a few this far, I figured he was just trying to sell us, but as soon as we laid down on the mattress, it was clear, he knew what he was talking about. Can’t recommend enough!!

I would say the experience was nice and friendly and the process was easy. The only downside was that when I wanted to make an exchange I was asked to drive back to the original store I made the purchase from. Seeing how I moved it was a really big inconvenience, 2 1/2hrs out of my day just from driving when I have a store 10 min away.
