Had an absolute amazing experience shopping for a new mattress at this location over the weekend. As soon as we walked in, were greeted by one of the store managers, Everett Washington, who spent almost 4 hours with us; getting to know my partner and me, diagnosing our needs and likes. He asked us all the questions we didn’t even think to take into consideration. He showed us all the beds that seemed to fit our liking and was able to get us a great deal! We were impressed with his knowledge and ability to pinpoint our needs. We highly recommend this store and can’t wait to sleep on our new bed!

Shopping for a mattress here was one of the best sales/customer service experiences I have had in years (and I usually hate shopping and being sold to). Everett is just one of those people that reminds you good service still does exist out there. He spent lots of time with us explaining the different options and what they would mean for our sleep. My partner and I have different sleep needs and this was our first joint purchase of a mattress; Everett helped us find one that would work for us both, on budget, while keeping us relaxed and entertained. He gave us the space we needed to think about the big decision and in the end got us a great deal that we're really happy with. It really felt like a sales experience tailored specifically to us, plus he did it all while balancing multiple other clients in the store. Everett is a total pro and I'd be happy to recommend him to anyone in need of a new mattress.

Victoria was super helpful in making my partner and I’s purchase of two purple pillows. The best part was.. they were on SALE! She taught us a valuable lesson in choosing pillows at the store. Make sure you lay on a bed that is similar to yours at home and try the pillows! Hope Victoria’s boss offers a raise :) We would definitely come back in the future to purchase our new bed

Everett was kind and very helpful from start to finish! He listened to our needs and of course respected the budget which is super important! It was a fast and easy process from start finish. We came during their Black Friday sale, which they annually do during the summer, rather than in November to avoid the craziness (GENIUS), which was a nice surprise for us! Maybe it was because of this that many of the mattresses we were interested in were also in stock!! Yay! Thanks again Mattress Firm Colma!

I was shopping for a new mattress and was unsure of what I wanted. Everett was kind, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. He knew I was short in time but was able to present to me ones he thought would match my preferences. We were able to purchase one matching the needs we wanted at a great price during the Labor Day sales. Thank you Everett and the colma team! I’ll be sending my friends and family there!

I went to mattress firm in Colma on a whim because I needed a good pillow... The staff was courteous and knowledgeable on their products.. Marcus actually assisted me.. Marcus asked about my sleeping habits and observed how My head tested on the selection of pillows... He brought over the purple pillow! I actually fell asleep on it while he was searching for a store where I could pick up one.. Needless to say I purchased The Purple Pillow! The staff is knowledgeable and did not pressure me.. I highly recommend Mattress Firm Colma for all your sleeping needs...

I went to the Mattress Firm in Colma, Ca Upon entering the store I was pleasantly greeted be Everett. Everett asked how could he help me today. I informed him what I was interested in. He ask what was my budget. Everett express that they don't carry what I was looking for, but he could showed me what was in comparison to what I wanted. After laying on the type of mattress that was not as comfortable as I thought. I was then asked what type of sleeper I was (back, side or stomach). My answer was I'm all over the place when sleeping. I start on my side, then my back etc.. Everett educated me on the way a person sleep will dictate the type of mattress a person would need. He was not that pushy salesmen that you run into at other stores.Thank God. After testing other options that Everett suggested it was easier for me to make a decision on what I really needed. Everett I thank you for the class in mattresses 101 today. I learned a lot and will be sharing that information with family and friends. My experience today showed me that Everett is very passionate about what he does. This meant a lot to me. He is not your regular sales person he's no comparison to how others treat their customers. Amazing experience! Walked in was directed to exactly what I needed. Did my thing picked out my mattress and was not only taken care of but was sold a bundle of heaven after asking for a referral on some pillows. I literally couldn’t let go of the cooling pillow model they showed me. Overall great deal and great service!

Julian was very helpful with his knowledge concerning the questions I had with my determination of what type of mattress I wanted! After spending much time shopping for a new mattress my comfort zone was with Mattress Firm and again Julian’s knowledge was very helpful! My next journey will be in receiving the new mattress and hopefully the journey will lead me into successful years of comfort with the mattress I have chosen!
