Had an absolute amazing experience shopping for a new mattress at this location over the weekend. As soon as we walked in, were greeted by one of the store managers, Everett Washington, who spent almost 4 hours with us; getting to know my partner and me, diagnosing our needs and likes. He asked us all the questions we didn’t even think to take into consideration. He showed us all the beds that seemed to fit our liking and was able to get us a great deal! We were impressed with his knowledge and ability to pinpoint our needs. We highly recommend this store and can’t wait to sleep on our new bed! ~Giulia

Very little help. They know you don't know how to use the copiers so they power play you. Measly people that must work at Colma FedEx. Just because they know how to use a copier and I don't. They see me struggling and yet don't come over to help right after I ask them for help. I'll l never go back there. ~Rodney
