Waited in line for 15 minutes for a passport photo then associate asked me to wait until they had attended to others in line behind me. They are understaffed and don’t know how to manage a line.

Very little help. They know you don't know how to use the copiers so they power play you. Measly people that must work at Colma FedEx. Just because they know how to use a copier and I don't. They see me struggling and yet don't come over to help right after I ask them for help. I'll l never go back there.

I got my doxuments both in my email and my USB drive. At this place, PC doesn't allow using email and has no USB port. Printer USB port doesn't read USB drive reliably. How the F am I supposed to print?

My experience with printing here is way better than near by office depot, the customer service was unpleasant over there. The machine also works better than office depot. This will continue to be my printing place!!

I came here to reduce and copy a large drawing, and Neil was absolutely fabulous. He was attentive and conscientious, trying different ways to make our project work. He managed to give us exactly what we wanted, and it did not cost very much. I recommend this location for nice people and also for the overwhelming services they provide. Thank you Neil!

Very bad experience , my package was held at International custom clearance office outside US for couple weeks. The box is smaller than 12x12x12 inches and cost $200 to ship. This was just a gift to my family as they are asking to provide actual merchandise receipts, the brand name and location of purchased. These questions made me feel very uncomfortable. When I spoke to the Asian female clerk (probably at her late 20s) locally here Daly City, California, in the United States, I was instructed that FedEx insurance default to $100 minimum and to place $100 package value. Eventhough the package value is less than $15. I was not aware that International custom and FedEx will charge fee because a $100 merchandise value applied in the declaration form when it reached to its destination. I wish the local FedEx clerk made me aware of this. They did not gave any reason why there was charge fees when I called. This is very disturbing that my package will not deliver to my family on time due to this issue. Because of this bad experience, I will not be using FedEx to ship International anymore.

These employees could really use a class in customer service. I was there this afternoon around 2pm and there were 3 ladies. One who had a grey wrap on her head,she was ok but the other 2 looked like maybe she was training to print or something,those two completely ignored everyone mind you there was 2 people in one line and 3 or 4 people in another. A simple acknowledgment or greeting is all I ask because I'm not sure if maybe I'm a ghost or something because I sure seem invisible. Of course when I go to.print it diesnt even print everything and God forbid I ask for assistance because when I asked if anyone was working counter she gave me attitude. Will never go back unless I have too.

After having serious issues at the Foster City store, I had someone transfer the order to this location. The staff went above and beyond to get my order finished. It's was a wedding present for my best friend so having it turn out so amazing well was awesome. They resized it and made it look the best it could have been. If you have to use fedex office the trip to this store is well worth it.

Despite the store was completely empty when I got there the my whole experience was very, very slow! It took about 20 minutes to the employee to understand what I needed and then when I said that I needed a print out of the quote he replied that he could not give me a print out and so by refusing to give that printed quote they lost my business. Update 06/21/2016 Return to the store for another try and I'm glad I did. This time I got assisted by Manuela and what difference. She understood my needs and within minutes I had a proof of my work to take with me. Today, as promised, the job ready for pickup with no issues what so ever. So if you need help with a project ask for Manuela. I also want to add that the location of this office is really good near 280 freeway with other shopping stores and restaurants nearby a lot of space for parking. Today they deserve 4🌟
