Get's the job done when you need to ship something fast. Lacks on their environment and building upkeep. Parking lot alone can be uninviting. Note: Internet access in this area is poor, though not as bad as Citrus Plaza and Mt Grove.

Don't get me wrong I use fedex every day to ship but why all of a sudden I can only drop 5 packages.

I love this store, they are always quick and efficient with all my orders. This is my local store and I am in there at least 5 times per month. Deborah is always great, however also is the entire team. Keep up the good work

I needed to send out a fairly large package today using FedEx. Usually I use UPS, but the product manufacturer gave me a free FedEx label. I never used a FedEx facility and didn't even know where one was near me. I found this one on Google Maps really fast and checked out the reviews. I noticed a lot of low star reviews and was concerned; most of the reviews talked about "bad customer service" experiences. So I get there and get in line; I watched around seeing if any of those "bad customer service" experience may be true. All the employees seems to be nice and were handling their job well. I step up to the help desk and they start the process of getting my package shipped. There was some minor issues getting my label printed; but the employee was extremely apologetic about it even though she didn't really need to be. It was a very pleasant experience. Then my eyes were opened to maybe why some one star reviews were coming in. As I am about to finish up; a customer that had been using a copier in the "SELF HELP" section of the store comes running up to the counter (skipping the line) shouting "Lady.., Lady.., HELLO!" "Is anyone going to help me over here"! The employee, in shock, polity says "once we are done with everything here we can help you". Then the customer, still angry, says "Are you the only employees here?". ... I work in IT, so I understand what these employees were going through here. In the world of computers and technology there is a high learning curve to things. This can really frustrate a customer trying to make a copy of their documents and the computer/printer isn't working. They don't have the knowledge on how to resolve the issue. In this case the customer was using the "SELF HELP" section of the store. Self Help means there won't be any employees in that section of the store.. it's SELF HELP. If there is a problem get in line... don't be a jerk. The employees at this store handled the situation very well and it looked like this isn't the first time this has happened. So maybe some of these one star reviews aren't deserved. Maybe things just didn't go your way and that frustrated you enough to leave a bad review. If you're having a hard time with something, get in line and wait your turn. Calmly explain the situation you are having with them. Then it's on them whether to be kind to you or not, but if your rude be expected to be treated rude or harsh back. Good experience, clean store, experienced workers!

Went in to drop off a package with a pre paid label. Was friendly greeted by one of the older lady’s and patiently waited. A younger girl helped me at the counter, she started questioning the packaging box I was dropping off (that they delivered to me). I let her know that’s the way it came and she got super passive aggressive with me for no reason. Explaining their policy on verifying what’s in the box. I understand the need for that, but she was not really polite about it. A shame because I have been here a few times before and had a good experience. Definitely soured my afternoon, thanks FedEx.

Poor customer service. Just watched young female worker tell an elderly woman she was too busy to help her. Customer had asked for her help as she was recovering from a heart attack and her mind was having trouble figuring out how to operate the copying machine. No customers at counter. Watched 2nd employee also refused to assist same woman and told her to go back to the machine for her receipt. Customer was obviously having difficulty. These employees have no idea what customer service is, and no concern for others, only interested in their paychecks. Manager on duty and should have stepped in, but did nothing.

Very very bad service. The people that are here are just very rude. They do NOT like to be bothered. From the young black girl with the curly hair to the old white lady that doesn't know how to say thank you. I just don't get why if they don't like to be around people, why in hell do they get customer service jobs. They should get a job in a cubicle where noone bothers them. Very POOR customer service. I honestly forced to come here because I live just around the corner. I should not have to go somewhere else just because these people do not how to treat others. Again, I have to understand because I don't know if they just got beat up by their boyfriend or just got told off by a brave customer that actually speaks up. I typically don't like conflict with people. I truly believe that their actitud and their actions towards others reflect how their home life is. Either this is how they get treated or just something in their childhood did not go right. For all we know they probably got sexually abused by their father, brother etc. Anyhow,God forgive them for they do not know what they do or say. Be ready people when you visit this location because you will get tested. So,if you are not ready, they will ruin your day.

They are very inconvenient to use. You have to wait a hole day to get your paid package deliver to you. Even when you pay additional fee to schedule an appointment to get the package on time, they don't come at the right time. When you try to talk to the driver, it takes almost all day!!! Very inconvenient service!!! I like UPS service way better.

Unfortunately, these folks failed on all fronts. Poor finishing service topped with poor customer service. They spent 5 minutes explaining why I was required to buy their work AFTER they botched it because of the product and labor they had spent on it. Odd for a company so large to choose to not stand behind their product. It was a simple job - 3 large laminations. I wasn't upset that my poster prints that I supplied were ruined - but why should I have to pay for a job not completed correctly?

I have never written a review before, so bear with me. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had at any business. We were in a hurry, so we figured we could grab an express box and slap on the address and be in and out in 5 minutes or less. There was no line, just one clerk and one customer, after standing there for 5 minutes the clerk came over to inform us that the customer she was helping was going to take a long time, and that the other worker was on her lunch break (2pm) so it was probably going to be a while, and walked away. Not a good start. We would have left, but the other customer said he wouldn't mind and that she could help us first. Great! She ignored what the customer said and continued to work on his project for another 5 minutes. Awkward. She finally came over to help us out. We were shipping medical glasses that cost $1500, the clerk said it wouldn't be a problem and that their insurance for medical supplies was $5000, we said great and she quoted us $55. My wife had to call the person receiving the package and confirm that he could use signature confirmation at his apartment complex. The worker said she was going to help out the other customer in the meantime and we said that would be fine. The phone call took 2 minutes. I got my credit card out to pay, and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes. The clerk never came back. The other lady finally finished her lunch break and came to help us out (after she came out of the back room 3 different times to play on the computer and completely avoid eye contact and ignore us with our credit card out ready to pay). We said we just needed to swipe the credit card so we could get out of this place. It had been at least half an hour at this point. She told us it would be $29. I informed her that the other clerk said that it was $55 for the shipping including insurance. She said that FEDEX doesn't offer insurance. I was extremely confused and frustrated at this point. She said they offered Full Replacement Value, which is exactly the same as insurance, but she said that we would need the original receipt from 4 years ago when we bought the glasses. I said that we didn't have the receipt. She informed us that we could not ship the package through FEDEX (not good for business, corporate are you listening?), and that FEDEX does not offer insurance. We would have to go to an insurance company, pay for insurance, and then come back to FEDEX to ship the package. This doesn't make any sense, I have shipped many times before and have never had this problem. (I also checked the website, and my understanding is that if the glasses got lost in the mail, as long as we declared the value at $1500, and could show online that the glasses cost $1500, we would get a check in the mail for $1500). Sounds pretty straightforward, not hard to understand, and if I knew this, then I would have mailed the package. However, I did not and was forced to go to USPS. Why did one clerk tell me one thing and then the other clerk tell me the exact opposite? How could they possibly get two prices $30 apart from eachother for the exact same package? The second clerk was also EXTREMELY rude. My wife and I are very friendly and easy going and this lady was just plain mean, not a good way to keep customers, as you can see. I will never set foot in another FEDEX again and will go out of my way to use UPS, and USPS. My recommendation, don't waste your time here either, the post office is cheaper and you will have a much better experience.
