Best post office in Riverside and San Bernardino County. Hands down. I've never had any issues. All of the employees there need a raise and a bonus. I will drive out of my way to mail stuff there.

They don't deliver they return mail to branch everyday, its 7:30 some nights when we finally get delivery, someone has to pick up and work extra overtime and deliver when we do get it. Enough is enough. Medicines sit.

Excellent customer service. I'm particularly extremely happy with the gentleman named Christian. He is one of the best USPS clerks I've ever experienced. He's a master of his job. He quickly and efficiently process all shipment. And he always has a pleasant demeanor when he's working at the counter.

unprofessional and rude. i called in at 4:15 to ask a simple question. i was asked to hold and waited until 4:56pm. then the call was answered and they hung up on me without saying anything. I called back immediately, call answered and then got hung up on again. I have never been treated that way before by any business and have never left a one start review anywhere before. This is not acceptable.

Older lady with short blond hair, I believe her name is Cathyn and is a supervisor, is a one of the rudest individuals i have ever met. I came in right before they closed the gate and she yelled at me saying “get out! We are closed”.
