This is the best post office I have ever used. I have been twice now and I was helped by different people. Both times I had something I needed to send but no idea what I needed to pack them and what would be the least expensive way to send them. Both times they packaged the item quickly and it was much less expensive than I was expecting. I am thrilled that this is my local post office.

Not easily found unless you know where it is. Find the Huntington Bank entrance across Fountain Square and go to second level. Good news is that it is not very busy most mornings. On the skywalk path.

More cost effective option is FedEx a block down, plus the workers are much more helpful and choosy with their choice of words. Didn't follow through with transactions but for a standard 30lb box, almost had to pay 50 bucks! Plus the employee made smart remarks that made me feel even worse about the situation, insinuating that I stop being cheap and pay the 50 or just keep it moving. Not cool

I love this post office. The folks who work there are very friendly and the line moves fast. After having a million frustrating USPS experiences, I'm so glad that this location is great and that it's the post office closest to my house.

It's inside the Huntington building, up the escalators. Hopefully this keeps someone else from wandering around for 20 minutes thinking there is no post office at all. Staff was relatively friendly. No problems.

Would rate 0 stars if i could . Good luck calling for help, called 5 times to no answer. They just hang up on you. What terrible customer service .

THEY STEAL PACKAGES! Do NOT ship anything through here. Two packages I've shipped through this office has mysteriously gone "missing." Representatives from the post office refuse to take responsibility, even when tracking numbers clearly show the trail ends at their office. The last package I shipped was an online return in a box clearly marked as going back to a big name shoe brand. It never made it out of that post office, but they swear it's not there, even though the tracking shows it is. Thieves. I'd rate them ZERO STARS if Google would let me.

WORST POST OFFICE IN CINCINNATI. Avoid if possible. Horrible service, rude cashiers. Your package is always missing. I have gone every single day for the past week to pick up the same package and they keep telling me it is out for delivery but it is never there. I have talked to management and they do nothing. Someone needs to close this place.
