I didn't go there. I went to Jcpenney to pick up a store order and then I learned my debit card had been hacked when I placed my order. Within 1 minute there were able to get $633.49 out of my card. PLEASE be careful.

I was recently shopping at Macy's in the Pacific View Mall-Ventura and I was having a difficult time locating a product in store. An employee saw me and offered to help. "Jennifer" the department manager not only located the product but had it held for me until the upcoming sale date began a couple days later. A huge shout out to Jennifer from the bedding department, this experience will never be forgotten especially at a time when customer service is lacking at so many different stores. Thank you.

Went into fine jewelry as I saw an aquamarine necklace online. The girl didn’t know what aquamarine was, showed me blue topaz’s. Older lady was wonderful and tried to assist. She just couldn’t get it. Finally said I could order it and it be there within a week. Gave her my okay to order, then wanted $275 + tax for .50kt stone, ad said $121.and some change. Showed her where it said a different price. Never said it was a one day sale. Went to a different jeweler, got a 1.05kt for less, in 14kt yellow gold! Rethink your future purchases.

Came In Today Looking to Buy Jeans .. I was not helped and After having trouble trying to find a specific type of Levis 569 I came up to the Perfume lady and asked Hey is anyone working the Pants department.. She responded rudely and told me Hes probably on break just wait an hour.. I asked if there is anyone who can help me out she said NO .. So i spent time and just went with a different pair nobody bothered to help me I felt discriminated becuase I recieved dirty looks instead of "Heyy would you like some help"

I went before Christmas 🎄 because I wanted a perfume from Tiffany and co. Once I was there so many other options and I was asking this bold guy if they got a smaller bottle so I could buy one for me and one for my daughter. This guy kept ignoring me, giving me a bad service and I felt like because I was asking for smaller bottle he thought I didn't had the money 💰 to afford one. Anyways I moved to a different section and I got me the beautiful magnolia from Estèe Lauder that I love.

My first time back to this store after so many years. I used to be in this mall almost every day in the early 2000. It seems like they are closing down and their displays are almost empty like you can see from end to end of the store. I hope they will bring back the use to be Macy's. Good customer service at the suits dept especially Martha. And bonnie at the cologne dept.

I come to the Ventura mall pretty often, well I used to come often before everything hit the fan. I believed that the mall was "dead" with no one around! Yet, I found a couple of stores open and each one of them we're mindful of the virus. Everything felt safe and secure making it feel official. There's even heavy discounts on clothes and other items. I do recommend coming here but remember to stay safe!
