Worst customer service ever at a target by an employee named Martell (lane 5). She was yelling at me for putting my things on the conveyor belt because she had to spray it and wipe clean. It wasn't the cleaning part, it was her bad attitude that got to me from the get go. Never greeted me or asked me if I wanted a bag ...she said she assumed I already had a bag, my purse, really? smh... Just a Weird experience! My poor child had to witness a target employee being rude to his mom for no reason whatsoever...he was obviously upset! It was as if she had a personal vendetta against me, very strange considering she was super sweet to other customers ahead of me and those behind me! Wow, never thought this would happen to me at my hometown target (nor at any target)! My family and I will never go back to this target again!!! Thanks for ruining my families weekend!!!

The Visa pre-paid card wasn't able to be activated. The vendors apparently didn't leave current working cards! Thank goodness for Vons!

Visited this target today. This one seemed very nice or recently remodeled. Good selection plenty of staff working and stocking today. When I went to check out the self checkout section had a long line however there were several cashiers available immediately and I was able to check out quickly and efficiently. Store seemed well-kept and organized and very clean.

A few days ago i had a bad uncomfortable experience at The Pacific View Mall Target. That was not the first time either i hardly come out to ventura because we live past santa barbara. Me and my partner were looking for a specific car item but we didnt find it at this location either. We bought shirts for our boys and St Patrick hand towels. A cashier opened a register and luckily after helping a customer he offered to help us we were running late to pick up our children from school. This cashier was extremely respectful and outgoing he made us feel very comfortable. I love when cashiers are like that and that is why im giving 5 stars. Especially for not discriminating us for how we look or because my partner is bald:)

“Erika” when above and beyond to help us find an important item for our family! We had visited two other targets before we actually found it, since they were out of stock. She deserves a raise, her service and care for customers is tremendous!! Great job target on having her part of your staff! Her department is kids clothing, I believe.

Victor, Jr. was an incredible helper in the Phone department. I do not think I have ever had such service as he explained everything I needed concerning I Phones, and gave me additional instructions with using my phone. He was patient, very kind, and extremely knowledgeable! I highly commend Victor!

This Target has always been a reliable location for getting clothing, tech, medicine and basically anything you need (especially since that in recent years they added groceries as well).

Great ! You can find everything you need for every thing from food and wine and beer to kitchen appliances, personal mic. This is a great all around shopping experience.ANd I can send the teenagers to Target and they will hangout for hours and spend very little money. Target has great deals for you and the kids.if I could say any thing about Target is that the crew could use a little more training. Very few of them are knowing of the layout of the store. But all in all, I love Target and I know you will too.
