He had me test multiple mattress to have a idea for what I liked then we further norowed it down to few and I picked what was comfortable to me. The payment process was simple and not stressed provided home delivery with pick up of the old mattress, In all great expression.

I love the service I was looking for a tween mattress for my dad and I end up buying more due to the service and professionalism of Shane Dobbins the person that was helping us. He was very helpful to help me find the right mattress for my dad and my self. He was very friendly and had a great attitude I was very please with his service.

I liked how immediately when I walked in the store I was greeted and helped. The employee was very friendly and helpful he was showing me all different types of beds and prices and he even was letting me try them out. He was grabbing a lot of beds of the wall for me and giving a lot of options. In the end he was very cool to talk too and very friendly and helped us out with the results.

Sales Managers Shane and Rodrigo are great! I walked into the store on New Year's day getting a king for the price of a queen and a free adjustable base! They both explained things very well! And this is coming from a guy that asks a ton of questions. One thing they informed me of is that I could replace a queen size bed I'd bought 7 years prior with a brand new bed. This was because the springs had gone out on it prior to the end of the 10 year warranty. I ended up getting a brand new queen size bed of the same make and only had to pay $100 for shipping with $10 for taxes. It saved me $790! By the time the new bed is ordered I'll have two brand new Sealy/Simmons mattresses in my home. Definitely consider this store over the others and ask for Shane or Rodrigo!

Alyssa was great! There’s was 2 guest ahead of us. She was polite, efficient, and professional while being the only employee in the store. While waiting we browsed and tried out various pillows. By the time it was our turn she was able to help us quickly and throughly ensuring every customer received her undivided attention. My mom was happy she finally bought pillows, thank you.
