We ordered a shelf online. We loved it but it was missing important screws. The manager Veronica from the Turlock Target was so helpful. We spoke with her over the phone and were relieved that we didn't have to pack everything back up into the opened box. We will shop at Target again!

We always clean the cart before putting humans or belongings in. We were very surprised to walk in a see people with dogs in the cart with children sit. Having a family that is highly allergic to animals this bugged us. We will shop some else for now on.

Yesterday, I was in the Turlock Target. Not only does much of their clothing look like something from the 60s or Little House on the Prairie, but the store was not neat and tidy or even clean. Additionally, I went through a process recently to be able to write a check in the Turlock Target. However, yesterday when I attempted to write a check to pay for some birthday items for a friend, my check was denied. Instead of being sympathetic and helpful, the inexperienced store clerk and the manager named Billy were completely unhelpful and even embarrassed me in front of a growing line of people. I was mortified! If I had not needed the items immediately, I would have left my merchandise at the checkout counter and left the store. And thank goodness I had my credit card with me that day. I doubt I will ever shop at the Turlock Target again, and in fact, I will not recommend this store to my friends or family members. Why go through the process to be able to write a check in Target only to be mortified in front of a line full of people? Added note: Before shopping at Target, I had just picked up some antibiotics for my cat at my local vet. They had no problem running my check. So what’s up with Target? And why was the manager so unhelpful?

I place a lot of drive up order at this particular store, services is always great. Employees are always nice, friendly and polite, i get in and out from parking lot because my order is always ready, I do a lot of drive Up orders from different places restaurants, other retail store and for much target is the best, not just how quick I get my order in the car also the friendliness of their stuff..thank you for the great services 😘

Kenzie really went above and beyond for me today! Quick and friendly service, probably the most pleasant interaction I've had at this target ever and I've lived here for 4 years! Our interaction truly made my day 100x better!

I Love Target!!! Something to always remember about Target: if an item appears to be out of stock, they may have more in the back. Every section has a team member that u can approach for assistance. If u don't see someone nearby don't panic. Just pick up the red phone--located in every section/department at end of various aisles. not only does someone answer but they will send a team member to assist you. side note: in that same kiosk where red phones are located..there is a trash can and some even have napkins or tissue. Another cool thing that Target offers is the Target Circle Earnings. :) ask the next time you shop or go to target.com for more info.

I love the convenience of using Drive Up (Curbside) & shopping in the Target app. I rarely go inside Target stores and always prefer to use pick up options. This location has lots of parking spots for Drive Up customers and the employees are friendly, helpful and get the orders out & processed quickly!

Great customer service over phone. Me: “hello do you guys have this product in stock?” Without checking Target employee: “no we do not.” Me: “can you check?” Target employee: “you can check when you come in to the store.” Like dude………

Fast service, organized and cleanlines. Usually very stocked. They have a variety of kids clothing but would like to see them offer more of a variety for boys 6 and up. Customer service are alot more friendlier and helpful than Walmart employees and are alot more willing to help if you need to find an item. Target is a little bit more pricier but I'm willing to pay that for a better store.This is definitely my go to store.
