This T-Mobile is awesome and has very nice and helpful employees!! Manpreet is awesome and helped my friend fix the mess that the 1560 E Hatch Rd #500, Modesto, CA 95351 store left. My friend is old school and likes to pay the bill in person. He has been paying the bill in person at the Modesto location for over a year without a problem until last month. Due to a language barrier, the sales rep took advantage of him and changed his plan from a prepaid to postpaid plan. The cost went from $50 to $75. When I went back to that store they were unwilling to help us and told us to call 611. The rep "Omar" kept shifting the blame back on my friend. I told him maybe it was a language barrier or misunderstanding, and regardless of who's fault it is, please revert us back to the old plan. No hard feelings. He did not help and would not provide a manager. They seemed more interested in serving new customers. I came back to this Turlock location and the service was night and day. Manpreet could've told us to call 611 as well. However, he worked diligently for 3 hours to resolve our issue and made sure we left happy! Keep up the awesome work brother!

Came here a bit skeptical as I was looking for a new phone plan and new carrier. I didn't want to feel overwhelmed or feel committed on buying something. The girl who helped me (sorry forgot her name) was extremely nice and knew her information regarding phones and plans. She walked us through our different options without making us feel like we needed to make the switch. After about 30 minutes of going over the plans, phones and accessories we decided to move forward and switch to T-Mobile. I feel confident I made the right decision as I will be paying less than I was with my old carrier and the girl made me feel comfortable to come back with any questions. Definitely recommend this place as their customer service is exceptional!

I called T-Mobile April 21st 2021 to close my mom’s account after her death from cancer. After being on hold for an hour I was connected with a representative that told me over and over he was looking for the process to close the account in the event of a death. I asked if he could ask a supervisor to help him and he said he had a supervisor with him. After another hour of him "looking for the processes" I was told that we had to take a death certificate into a T-Mobile store. The 25th I went into T-Mobile at 3070 Hotel Dr, Turlock, CA 95380 and was told that we could take care of this over the phone. The store employee was very nice to us as we waited on the phone with customer service. The man who helped us called customer service for us and pushed the representative on the phone to hurry and take care of it since we had already tried to do this over the phone. We waited a half hour on the phone and was notified that we would be emailed with more information. I 100% love the employee who helped us in store. He stayed on the phone and relayed all information for us. He stayed on top of the customer service representative on the phone making sure everything was being done to help us. He was amazing. I did not catch his name, but he was middle aged and bald. He was the best thing about this whole experience. We got the email and she wanted all the same information we had given three times now. Plus a lot of information that was extremely unnecessary. They wanted proof of cremation. Why would they need that? We had the death certificate. The account was not going through probate. Closing the bank account was not even this hard. and that is a BANK ACCOUNT. It is unacceptable that T-Mobile does not have training for their employees on how to close an account in the event of a death. It is hard enough having to deal with all this without getting a run around from them. I give this particular store 5 stars because of the one employee. I give T-Mobile as a whole no stars. This is NOT ok.

Generally I would say I get great service. However today they were moving kind of slow and to many employees serving the same customer. But I still like T-mobile over the other services

I purchased 2 phones from this location during the Black Friday event in 2016. I had previously only done business with the corporate store in Modesto due to issues with this store in years past but I had been told the customer service had improved so I gave it another shot. They were right, not only were the associate nice they helped with the rebate forms and made sure everything was applied to the account properly. I would recommend this store and TMobile service in general, they have great deals. Whoever the new manager is has done a great job.

I really do love T mobile. Our store in Turlock, Ca is amazing. Everyone there are friendly and helpful, and I'm always greeted with a smile when I come, (which can be often at times). Recently I had to replace my galaxy8. When my new one arrived, I came in knowing nothing about transferring things from one phone to another. Right away Saul Mojica came to my rescue. He's was friendly, helpful, although it took awhile be stayed with me for the duration. I had to come back again today, day 3, for lack of understanding on my part and as usual Saul met me with a smile and patiently helped me with with all my silly and not so silly questions. He laughed at my lame jokes, he helped me to understand everything and more. I'm 63 years old and sometimes all of the new technology can be overwhelming. But tmobile and their employees are always ready with a helping hand. Also, would like to give a shout out to Oscar and Ahmed, who have also helped me on more than one occasion. They 're just as remarkable in their service. Thank you again T-Mobile for your quality service, your above and beyond the call of duty employees, and special thanks again to Saul, Oscar and Ahmed. Had the worst time. The staff are incompetent... had me paying for 2 phones (one I didn't own) for 2 years! I had to call T-Mobile and they started an investigation into the store and employees. First I was paying for a phone I returned, Then they listed my phone as a completely different phone, and said mine was paid off! They are so lost and unhelpful, it's a joke. Do not go to this store... use the one in Modesto or just shop online.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! First of all the staff incompetent about the phones! None of the staff could answer my questions about the devices. The sales people were down right rude and had attitude. When in there because I called tmobile directly about a sim card and they told me it was free and it was ready to pick up at the store. Well I go to the store and sale rep is baffled when I tell her this. She expects me to pay for the sim cards and tells me there's no way corporate will give sim cards away for free. I have gotten two free sim cards through corporate at the Modesto location. I've been a customer for a little over 10 years now and I think it's about time I made the switch over to AT&T.

As I first walked into T-Mobile everyone was being very helpful to me and explaining to me the use of each device. They were all very nice people and they were being very friendly to me. The employees made me feel very comfortable and that got me to relax and look at more options of what devices I should take home. They explained and showed me why each device was so good and how it would come in handy for me. My experience at T-Mobile was great, as I walked out of there I had felt like I had just made some new friends and I would love to go back. ❤🤘
