We’ve bought furniture at the Burbank Store 2x and both experiences were great. People here were helpful but not overly on top of you. The goof proof protection was easy to understand and the delivery was easy as well. Most recently we had an experience with Greg at the Burbank store. He was very helpful and nice. We would definitely go back.

My experience in the store was ok. The sales person was very helpful with our purchase. We got a bunk bed for our kids. Unfortunately the experience when furniture was supposed to be delivered was ridiculous. They sent a piece that was broken from the warehouse. The delivery guy had to travel far for no reason. He told me he saw the piece was broken and told the people from the warehouse. He was told to delivery like that anyway that the customer had to accept it. I am very unhappy with the service. Obviously the delivery guy could not deliver broken furniture so he had to take it back. Now my kids ate sleeping on the floor because this people only deliver once a week in my area. I called customer service and was given another date for delivery but was not told what time. My thing is... why not make sure all pieces are in perfect condition when the warehouse gives them the items. Why make the customer wait for another delivery when it can be done the first time. My sister told me she had a similar issue when she purchased from Bob's. I will never purchase anything from them again. I do not recommend this store at all. It seems they do not appreciate the customers time. I am still waiting for them to let me know what time they will deliver my order. Go to another store and save yourself from grief.

There was so much great furniture there and we were there a little after they closed. Rameil went above and beyond because I had wanted to see a particular rug next to the furniture that we were purchasing to get a better visual. He asked the manager and they had to remove it from under a table that was displayed with another piece of furniture. I appreciated that. I will be recommending Bob's Furniture to family and friends.
