Warning: This Verizon store is a disaster. It's under staffed and very poorly managed. I have visited the store 3 times and every time I have visited I have walked in and heard a customer screaming how long they've waited and how they've not been assisted despite promises to the contrary. Very disappointing. Corporate should take a very close look at whats happening here. I arrived at 4:15 was told I was next and waited two hours, seeing staff visit and sharing their Starbucks orders in the front lobby, 3 or 4 at a time, while numerous customers were waiting. Total disregard for customer service, not what I would expect from Verizon. I finally left and never received the promised text notification that my turn in the cue was up

After arriving to Korea Town Verizon location, an employee named Abraham resolved the issue that we were having and swapped the defective phone with a new working one. I came in to purchase a new battery for my fone and that store (Burbank) doesn't carry batteries. They recommended I go to Glendale. That is very inconvenient. I used to use the Burbank store for all my fone needs.

Dishonest and pushy employees. The woman that was helping me said I had a $700 trade in that came with 4 accessories. I upgraded my phone, they put on the screen protector in the store and I stayed there to finish switching everything over. When I got home, I got a cc notification that I had been charged $280 at the store. I logged on to Verizon to check my receipt and was charged for all of the accessories that she said were included in the upgrade. Additionally, the receipt says the monthly cost of the phone is 3x the said $11/month and there is no indication of a trade in, the value of my old phone, or what my new amount will be once the old phone is returned. The printed receipt she gave me is missing page 2/3… I also have no receipt showing that I paid the taxes on the whole price of the device versus just the charges from in store. All they want is money. They will have you swiping your cc and signing random screens before you can even ask a question. And then the answers to their questions are not at all accurate or honest. The manager I talked to on the phone said I would be unable to return everything including the phone itself as they opened it in the store.

I had a horrible experience at this location. I felt like I was pressured to come to a decision fast and make my purchase. They don’t genuinely care about their customers they only care about money. The two young men helping me were not professional. I was told one of the men was training. They were talking amongst each other saying how they’re going to go out and get drunk. That’s not something you should disclose in front of a paying customer. The salesmen didn’t even show us the devices to make sure there’s no damage and because we were rushed I didn’t think to check. I even told the salesmen I had to step outside because I felt like I was being pressured and I still had questions. It seemed as if they just wanted us to get out of the store ASAP. The next day I noticed there was minor cosmetic damage on the screen. The phone is still under the 30 day return/exchange policy it’s only been TWO days and the manager didn't want to exchange it for a new one. He was being very short and unprofessional not showing any empathy. I called the apple store regarding this matter and they agreed Verizon didn't handle this issue the correct way. They even mentioned how they’ve heard terrible things about Verizon’s service from other customers.

I checked in using my phone. I waited about 20 minutes--many wait times have been longer due to iPhone connection issues. Andy was very knowledgeable and responsive. I upgraded and was out in about 30 minutes!

The issue was that you had 5 employees chatting with a customer after his purchase, I asked are all of you here just going to keep chatting with him? Had an extremely horrible customer service experience today. Got checked , was there to buy two Apple Watches, was told there will be a wait , completely understandable. The issue was that you had 5 employees chatting with a customer after his purchase, I asked are all of you here just going to keep chatting with him? There where other customers waiting , then a short woman with reddish hair told me that there not chatting and that I have to wait, and that she was the manager and she’s not here to help customers and to wait. If she truly was the manager is that what you tell customers? This incident occurred 1/20/22 between 330-350, they have cameras and I recorded what she said. I

The store manager Lorraine was super helpful. She was very professional and answered all my questions. Finding parking in the other hand is very limited and hard to find close to the store. Processing my order took more time than I expected.
