Now i know customer service, Ive been doing customer service over 17 years and this was not customer service by far. 2 lanes to order at this location i went to the one on the right sit there longer than a minute no answer i said hello 2 times still no response then i go to the other drive thru lane same issue then finally gets my order. I get to the window he has a attitude and stuffs the change and receipt in my hand and drops some of my change he didnt say sorry about that or anything and shuts the window. I can go to any other restaurant i choose i chose to go there on My Lunch break and thats how i was treated No I dont think so. I will not be back.

I really wish I could give minus stars because this McDonald's is the WORST there is. They are slow, rude and annoying. They never get our order right. I appreciate that they hire Hispanics because the owner is apparently Hispanic, but for God's sake, get someone in there who speaks even a little English! I only go there for breakfast but I'll go to Sonic or Braums from now on. I've given them too many chances as it is. I'm DONE!
