Nice staff got our order via kiosk and did fantastic!!!! Living in the area and this is nearest the house ... we dined in and the food was piping hot. Our order was accurate and I definitely will return when in the situation of hunger and the girls request this for dinner as they did on this night. I really felt valued with my interaction with the front counter staff (Ladies up front with the smiles made my girls feel special)..that goes a long way! •Only knock... They were very busy. It took a while to get our food. Got the drink order totally screwed up. But the food was fresh and tasted good.. ~Danny

It seems that no matter the quality of service or product as consumers we continue to support McDonald's. Of course there are restaurants that provide excellent service and product but for the most part the people use this business as a meme for last resort employment. Personally I'm done with the gamble of wondering if my order is going to be edible, created correctly or if it will take 45 minutes when its branded as "fast food". Yes it's inexpensive and there's items that you crave that you just can't get anywhere else but as a corporation and it's franchisees this billion dollar organization has to invest in quality of service and product. This won't happen as long as the patrons keep pulling in.. which they will. Congratulations Mickey D's you've mastered the game, like a chemical dependency no matter how bad the outcome of the experience customers will continue to return for another hit. ~RJ

All of the workers were nice and even better than that was the manager she her personality was awesome and how she handled the entire restaurant as well. Thank you for allowing me time to find a way to work as well. The place was clean everywhere and the only bad thing I could say would be it was a bummer to not be able to charge my phone I'm sure due to the locals. ~Donald

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes you get in and out real quickly and all of your orders are correct and sometimes you're here for 30 minutes just to get some fast food when there aren't that many people in line. This has been the case for quite some time. I have also come here before and they didn't have electricity and stuff like that so it's a little bit unreliable. ~Holly

Customer service was fine in terms of clear communication. Only mark down was the speed at which the food was delivered. Taste and order was on point. ~David

Just came thru drive thru at 9:45p. Was pulled to 2nd window bc we ordered 20 nuggets (2 meals) along with another meal. Fries were fresh and nuggets were hot but don't play with my soda lol.. Literally carbonated DP... I love my DP esp when other times my food wrong or is cold or missing items, cant go wrong with the drink but here at this location I guess so...Disappointing bc its always something effin wrong with my order... Terrible they already give you less in drinks let alone the fries for a large...Drive thru had no good customer service.. "Only accepting cash, go ahead with your order" like dang where did customer skills go? C'mon McDonald's, do customers better.... dated 5months ago Haven't been here in 5 months (3-26-22)[@8:59 receipt time] hasn't changed 1 bit... paid for 2 breakfast combos n didn't receive hash browns that come with meal. I don't know bout y'all but food is expensive n I wanted to treat myself on this day ... so disappointed with this store... ~K

Have had issues with this location in the past but nothing as bad as tonight. Was rushed thru ordering and ended up having to start over because they were in a hurry and wouldn't listen. When paying we received too much change. We were asked to pull up and when we finally got our food we had received extra food we did not order. Went inside the restaurant to fix the food and change issue. Got home and began to eat then realized my Double Quarter Pounder was severely undercooked. Tried calling the restaurant 4 times and they would not answer the phone. I am legitimately worried about getting food poisoning from this. My husband went back to the restaurant to let management know about the situation and to get me a new burger. The female manager(didn't get a name)gave him attitude about it and acted like it being undercooked was no big deal. They had to remake it several times because when he checked it was still coming out pink. They ended up giving us a card for a free sandwich but honestly I don't see the point in that because we will never be back to this location. I am beyond disgusted. ~Lisa

Shout out to the young man named Angel who works there. Educated me on the app. You are a life saver and much appreciated. Someone give this man a raise. I have never had help like he assisted me. 10.38 pm I parked truck and went up to window to order food was refused service for first time in last 20+ years of eating M. The staff was very rude and just wanted me to drive up despite explaining my truck cannot drive in the space. The lead was hiding in the back rather than coming to drive through window. The corporate should train the staff at this branch ASAP ~Gauhar
