Slow service and they could atleast wipe your drink before they hand it to you. I only eat at McDonald's once in a great while. Then after eating there, I realize why I don't go much.. Lots of Homeless people sitting outside and there was 3 inside. Every table was dirty, you couldn't even sit inside to eat.. Not going back..

As far as McDonald's goes I'd give them a 3 lots of homeless people hang out. One had his pit bull tied to the handicap parking spot in front. Scary. Bathroom dirty.

There was a guy standing right by the drive through window with a sign, which made things awkward as well. No pics on this one.

This is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to! When I first walked up to the counter, the clerk said that someone would be with me in a moment. After waiting for 7 minutes, he finally said, "Well I guess I can help you." Talk about customer service!! Wow! Then after I finished my meal, I went back to the counter and ordered a chocolate shake. He then said it wasn't working. The problem was, it simply wasn't turned on! I know because I work as a crew leader at another place! They need better training and customer service skills

For mc D's it's a pretty good spot. Pretty busy but they are on the ball and the wait is never long at all. Always clean, including restrooms. And staff is friendly and helpful.

One of the best run McDonald's in all of the OKC area. (I have eaten at many). Their drive thru always has a dozen cars or so in it during busy times, but the drive thru line moves quickly.

Absolute HORRIBLE attitudes. The girl at the 2nd window at drive through today needs a massive attitude adjustment. Throwing food at the customer and being snarky is NOT the way to work in customer service. If i was her manager, I would stripped her of her headset and removed her from the shift if she continued to treat her customers like this. I went TWICE and still got the snarky attitude. Will not be going again.

Customer service is veryyyy bad, I came personally because when I order door dash, they always mess up my order, well, the long haired woman workin tonight has GOT to be the most heartless person I have ever encountered in my life she doesn't serve the homeless people, n won't allow you to add to your order to make sure they have a warm meal either... not a good way to do business, refusing money!! I hope her n her family are never hungry n treated like this!! I won't be returning to this McDs 😕 😪

It seems that no matter the quality of service or product as consumers we continue to support McDonald's. Of course there are restaurants that provide excellent service and product but for the most part the people use this business as a meme for last resort employment. Personally I'm done with the gamble of wondering if my order is going to be edible, created correctly or if it will take 45 minutes when its branded as "fast food". Yes it's inexpensive and there's items that you crave that you just can't get anywhere else but as a corporation and it's franchisees this billion dollar organization has to invest in quality of service and product. This won't happen as long as the patrons keep pulling in.. which they will. Congratulations Mickey D's you've mastered the game, like a chemical dependency no matter how bad the outcome of the experience customers will continue to return for another hit.
