Service today was poor stood at counter for a good minute with mutiple workers looking right at me and completely ignored fact I was standing there waiting to be helped had to speak up 2 times loudly to get anyone to help me was not impressed that lady running the register took guys order in front of me then walked off while I was still standing there and she did not return had to get help from a manager

OK McDonald's needs to do something about these apps they need to teach these managers how to be able to help these customers if the app isn't working so I just went and I had a coupon for $3 off of an order that was $15 or more which my order was $16 The option did take my coupon but it didn't give me the $3 off and I wasn't able to use a different coupon so instead of helping me and explaining and talking to me the manager there which name was Jeff Was very rude I don't care if you're busy or not you need to take your time out for your customers and talk to them instead of saying oh well I can't help you out Jeff was very rude and needs to be demoted or something..

Shout out to the young man named Angel who works there. Educated me on the app. You are a life saver and much appreciated. Someone give this man a raise. I have never had help like he assisted me. God bless you young man your very intelligent and I pray the Lord expands your future with greatness. your a great employee. This place is a joke no one greets you at the speaker but let’s cars go before you at the other speaker and gets mad that you say HELLO a million times.. Simply GREET your customers or tell them your having register issues. Or go block off the other lane instead of making people wait and only taking orders for one. To the girl with the black hair at the register around 2am get a new job because you simply cannot work well with the public. To the manager (bald mixed guy) Instead of getting mad at customers have your people do their jobs and greet and communicate with customers.

Has to be close to one of the worst McDonald's experiences ever. We have visited this McDonald's four times. Each time has been bad. They are slow, they are missing menu items, they take the order wrong, and they don't do the things that McDonald's restaurant are known for. You see employee cups sitting on ledges. After correcting the dip for nuggets there ended up being no dip. And then the humiliation of getting to the head of the line and the order has to be redone. Bad, bad, BAD!!!

Worst drive-thru ever!! They had my whole order wrong and yet even when I parked and went inside they still got my order wrong. They just need to close that drive thru because they get your order wrong and yet they get upset when you tell them they got the order wrong. So much for a friendly service. This place is a joke. If i could give it negative stars there wouldn't be enough negative stars for this review.

I tried to call because my dinner was horrible the meat was tough. Bun was gooey. I love big macs. But for that price the buns shouldnt be gooey like that. Now the fries way too salty. I asked for coke. I got dr pepper. No i dont have my reciept anymore!
