Out of my various credit cards I've used while out of the country, little ol" First Banks debit card has saved my bacon a number of times. I use it to withdraw pesos from Mexican ATM's, and I get charged a fee, but I don't have to worry about it not working. It's worked for airline tickets and luggage upgrades when Capital One wouldn't. Thanks for making me feel confidant I won't get stranded without any cash.

Charged $2.50 for atm at this location. I have been 1st bank customer for over 3ys. Customer service via email useless. Trying to call customer service even worse. 48 callers ahead of me . A joke!

I was in a rush to get a document notarized by the close of business day. I rushed over to the UPS store after I called and verified that they had a notary available. Turns out the didn’t. I stopped in 1st Bank at 4:55 pm and was able to get my stuff notarized for free. Cody was so nice and didn’t make me feel like a burden despite coming on 5 minutes to closing. I appreciated his hospitality and kindness. I will consider becoming a. 1st Bank member based on this experience alone.

I had a really bad experience at this branch. I always go to the one in Highlands Ranch and I love it there. I went to this one because I had some other errands to run in the are so I thought why not. I felt I was treated so poorly that I walked out almost in tears. I will never be back to this branch and am looking at changing banks all together. I still haven't heard back from the manager of the bank regarding my issue and its been 24 hours. VERY unprofessional.

I would highly recommend avoiding this bank. They nickle and dime you with fees more than any other bank I've been with. They even tried to charge me extra for a posting mistake they had made. Very unprofessional. Account is closed and will remain closed forever.

I have never had issues banking with FirstBank. We have been customers here for over a decade and this branch is filled with friendly staff. Most of my needs are taken care of online or at the ATM but it's nice to inside the bank and see friendly faces once in a while.

This First Bank location is FANTASTIC. The people are friendly, professional and extremely customer focused. Cathy R. has been with the bank for over 30 years and is the best there is in the world of banking. If you're new to the area or just fed up with your current bank, I would highly recommend First Bank and specifically this location. They don't come any better, in mine and my wife's opinion!!!

BEWARE the free account for 55+ and older is not free. There are FEES they don't tell you about and if you don't use the bill pay 3 x per month you are assessed $5.00. Also there is a hidden $20.00 overdraft fee per year on this FREE acount. They are liars and would not credit the smidly $20.00 on my account. I will go elsewhere.
