Every company has growing pains when they open a new business. This bank was formally BBVA, some issues in the beginning as to be expected but the staff and facilities have done their best and as a business banker I enjoy this staff and branch above any other banking experience! Very personal feel and they treat me with so much love and respect.

This is a butcher shop, not a bank. A bunch if incompetent, unprofessional, and nasty employees. Especially, the African American lady. She yells at you like your her dog. Be prepared for 45 mimutes wait for the simplest transaction. Look at the reviews, it tells you everything. I guess corporate simply don't care.

I been having a lot of issues with my accounts online ever since they bought out my old bank but today when I had to withdraw cash, the one time I actually needed help from the staff, the horrible customer service I received from the teller just gave me the push I needed to leave this bank. I paid off my credit card and as soon as that is processed I am closing all my accounts. I don’t recommend this bank.

Short staffed but the employees work hard to compensate for it. You can encounter long wait times plus employees dealing with multiple customers at a time and the drive through doesn’t make it any better or worse. Sit in your vehicle 🚗 & smoke 💨 some Reeferz because it may take a while. Everyone is hard @ work just needs more employees but it’s like this everywhere nowadays because of covid or whatever it’s called now. This is still a good place for banking business. Niecy is great 👍🏾 @ her job,however she’ll probably be swamped when you get there. Check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa 👌🏾

As a customer that comes here every Monday to do deposit for our church I never forget my ID in the one time that I forget it out of all the years that I have came they can't take my deposit becuase I forgot my ID. That is what you call Poor customer service you don't care about your clients and don't talk about it's for your safety I bank at Chase and they have more security than you guys and they do take deposits when you are a known customer. UPDATE: This place is horrible 4 people in side in lime and 2 in drive up and one teller! I been sitting im the drive for 30mintues this is not acceptable. I will be driving all the way going to southlands becuase everytime I come here they take way too long!

In to close account to general poor customer service. Account was closed THREE months ago but BBVA just charged me a fee since account balance at zero. It's at zero, because I closed it. Teller acknowledges bank error but needs manager approval, who was late getting in (Socorro C) who is now with customer. First in line, with printed documentation, bank error and still waiting... As a bonus, overhear another customer closing 2 accounts but they can't help her either because "our computers are down."

Tried calling before I went and phone line just sat in silence so eventually I just decided to go. Went to deposit a check and went inside the lobby. Yes there was a line and things moved a bit slow, but all of the tellers I came in contact with were super friendly and helpful. Once I started my transaction I was done in 5 minutes.

I “used” to love coming to this bank on a weekly basis to conduct my business, and make my weekly withdrawl, but after my last visit I think I will be doing my business elsewhere. Everyone at this bank is kind, and sweet, with the exception of the teller Niecey. My apologies if that is spelled wrong, however....I do not know what this womans major malfunction is, but she is just rude and plain lazy. I have been having a problem with my drivers license for the past few months, I lost my wallet and I have not had time to get a appointment to get a new one. Every teller in the bank knows what is going on, which is why they had set up password security for me. This past week I needed to make a $1000 withdrawl, which is my average weekly withdrawl. They no longer use the machine to swipe your debit card, which was so easy for me before because you could swipe, enter your pin, and get your money, why this stopped, I do not know but........ Now, Knowing full well my situation Niecey decided to try to not allow me to withdraw my money, knowing full well who I am, and what my situation is. Also please note, I had alternate forms of Identification however the photo ID was expired. I also showed her my current drivers license that is on the “My Colorado” mobile app. I respect the fact that the bank has policies to follow, however why put me through this hassle when you know damn well who I am? Lucilly the other teller helped me, verified my identity and was able to get me my cash and get me on my way. Heaven forbid, What if I was a elderly man, on a Friday before a big snowstorm, trying to withdraw money for groceries and gas, and I lost my drivers license and wallet? Would you still turn me away? Would you make me get so angry to the point where I had tears in my eyes, thinking to myself, “ What will I do if I cant get my money?” If you are a manager, regional manager that works here, and you see this, and you honestly care bout your customers and can spare a few minutes to call me, could you please do so? This review would have been a 5 star review, but not after the bullcrap I had to deal with because of this evil woman..Also, I am curious if it is legal for the security guard to lock me and other customers inside the bank? Is this another bank policy? I will be making a call to his company as well.

Stopped by earlier today to deposit a check. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru with no other customers. No one ever came to address me or let me know that it might be a few mins before they could assist me so I pressed the button a few more times to get someones attention. Finally a woman approaches and screams at me that they are all busy with other customers, then just walks away lol I drove off. Will be switching banks. Customer service is TRASH
