I placed an online order a month ago and went to the store today to return since neither item fit. I was told the new policy for a return is 30 days even with a receipt (I was two days past) and even though I had my receipt, they would not allow a return OR store credit to exchange. So I have two items that don’t fit and not even store credit to get something that does. Won’t be shopping at old navy anymore.

I am a fan of Old navy T-shirts. They fit me perfectly and they are lightweight and pretty. I Love the fact that they come with graphics or just plain. Old Navy often got clearance and the delivery if you buy online is great.

Excellent summer selection and awesome sales. Staff went above and beyond to assist me as a customer both on the floor and in the dressing room. They were very informative of their sales and promotions. Staff were super kind and helpful, even after I mentioned I was not interested in opening a credit card at this time. Customer service is a big deal, and this North Dartmouth location has a great team currently. I want to especially thank Deb, Kendall, and Rita.

Do not shop at this store if you are a person of color. I was shopping yesterday with my daughter and the assistant manager with blond hair, approached us pretending to help us. After we was done and walked away, she tells the workers on the walkie " she was trying to get us to the register and we have tank tops in our hand" We was not done shopping. We have no reason to steal from the store. The lady did not treat anyone else like this in the store except for us. Overall it was a horrible shopping experience and we will not spend our hard earned money at this location ever again.

Most of the stuff I wear is from Old Navy and that's for a reason. The connection is real. They always have the things I look for.

Great service!!! Took care of me when ask if they had anyway to find out if there were any more of the jeans I was looking for in the back. She was very nice.

A good place to get basics and decent workout wear. The store stays clean and well organized. But not much selection in this location.

Great staff!! I am an unusual size which is one of the reasons I like Old Navy. They had a Jean's sale today so I wore my favorite pair and asked for help finding them. The lead was great help in finding what i thought was my size. We looked at rockstar mid rise but i told her the ones i had at home was too baggy. She mention I should try a smaller size and they fit perfectly. So I happily got five pair. Great and patient staff, thanks for making my day awesome.

I haven't been here in a while so I had forgotten how nice their clothes are! The employees were very nice and very helpful. I found a great pair of shorts that not only looked nice on but I felt comfortable in. Their prices are reasonable and the clothes feel as good as they look!
