I came to this store looking to switch over the lady that was there tonight tells me that in her store they don't give away free phones for switching that they won't even sell you a phone unless you buy all the accessories (screen protector case head set and so on) this right here is a fine example of an employee trying to extort a customer and scam them out of their money both the owner and the employee's should be ashamed of the ring of scams they are running out of this business I will be reaching out to corporate today hopefully they'll loose their license how dumb do you think people are???

Don’t even waste your time! I went yesterday, charge my uncle for the wrong monthly plan on purpose when I specifically told her which plan he wanted , kept hesitating to give me the receipt, then when she tried to call t-mobile for us so we can switch over , she gave the customer service representative that was on that phone trying to help an attitude and rudely hang up on her face, which I felt bad for. When everything was suppose to be done , she could not figure out how to activate the metro SIM card, mind you we was there for 2hours so I literally told her , we leaving and called metro representative ourselves and they helped us and less then 40 minutes with everything we needed. The online services are great but the individuals that work in the stores are unbelievable and disrespectful. Goodluck.

Ashley was awesome. I got an excellent phone that I love and I'm already blown away by the service and data speed. And the price for everything including the plan are beyond great. All around VERY satisfied!

The Help at this store was so great. Ive been to other metros and they just take my payment and i leave but this store will always take the time to answer my questions and be patient with me. The manager Ashley was wonderful and she was training another girl while i was there & i could tell they are so knowledgeable about what they do ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Good store. Relatively new so the staff will work with you to give tut good deals on merchandise. Nothing is FREE. Ha ha i had a good laugh with the staff about that. They're very helpful and kind.

Recently my parents and I went to purchase a phone at this location. My parents speak little English and were confused as to how to go about selecting a phone. We were please to be helped by one of the young women, a girl named Milly, who was very courteous and helpful. She explained everything to my parents and helped them to choose a good phone. The purchase itself was quick and easy. She even went so far as to bring out different color covers so my mother had options to choose from. I'd like to thank her for it. My parents are always intimidated by sales people. I'm glad Milly made this particular shopping experience enjoyable and hassle free.
