Best cell phone store in Allentown, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Will is awesome. I was just there today because I had an issue with ordering a new phone with the Verizon app. Not only did he help me upgrade the phone, but he saved me at least $400, got me into a better plan for about the same money, and was courteous, professional, and very friendly throughout the whole process. The next time I need help with my phone or my plan, I will be coming to see Will instead of trying to handle it through the app or website. ~Jared

Store was clean. Ryder i think that was his name was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Even set up my new phone transferred all my data too. Ryder deserves praise. Always a pleasant experience in that specific location. Thanks Ryder ~david
