Will is awesome. I was just there today because I had an issue with ordering a new phone with the Verizon app. Not only did he help me upgrade the phone, but he saved me at least $400, got me into a better plan for about the same money, and was courteous, professional, and very friendly throughout the whole process. The next time I need help with my phone or my plan, I will be coming to see Will instead of trying to handle it through the app or website.
