The service is great every time I come here. It’s much better than their Perimeter location. It does take them a while to find things in the drawers, but they don’t get frustrated. They allow you to try things on and are patient.

I have been to a few Swarovski stores but I had the best experience out of any at this location and I give full credit to the associate Trina. She was absolutely amazing in every possible way. She took the time to look at multiple options for me and kept a high energy the entire time. I only intended on purchasing One item but left with two because I couldn’t resist the items in store and Trina’s great selling skills. Whenever I’m in Atlanta I will go out of my way to make it to this store JUST to see her and purchase from her again.

James is a natural. Not only is he passionate about his job yet the merchandise that comes with it. I was looking for the gold-encrusted champagne flutes for a New Years Day gift - I'll have to order online. Not to waste my presence, I did some impromptu shopping. I really roll with Salespersons who are transparent & not just out for the sale. Due to the supply chain hindrances nationwide, so many items & wrapping miscellaneous were out of stock. Hence the ease of online shopping. I've grown to enjoy the art of glass/crystal & Swarovski is a creative place for all things jewelry, glassware, keepsakes & decor. I have more gifts to purchase next month so I signed up for Club Rewards.

I needed a ring I bought from this store 4 days prior exchanged but I live out of state. I called and they said there was no problem and that I could overnight ship my ring to them, they would call me when they received the package, and they would overnight ship me one back. This exchange happened on a Tuesday. Fast forward to Friday when I still haven’t heard from them and by looking at the tracking number on the UPS website, my ring arrived on Wednesday at 2:33pm. When I reached out to see what the problem was, they claimed to have not gotten my package until that morning. I asked that it be overnight shipped to me because I needed it that weekend and they agreed. My ring is now supposed to arrive Thursday, over a week after I had originally shipped it back to them. I am beyond disappointed in the service I have received from this store.

The staff at the Swarovski store in Lenox Mall was amazing, the Manager Trina exchanged out some earrings for my husband and myself, she searched for the earrings and reached out to other stores to make sure we got the same pair. Her and her staff was so amazing that we purchased a watch and a necklace while we were there. The level of service they provided was great.

Customer service was a little terrible. The policy of the company’s return policy is not acceptable. I was on the phone with customer relations for Swarovski and the worker said he didn’t want to talk to them. Very unprofessional!!

I love Swarovski and been buying it religiously for yrs. However they have a warranty that makes no sense and is not customer friendly. Been waiting over 2 months on a repair for a ring that could have simply been replaced right there in the shop. Instead I needed to drive 30 miles and still nothing'. I might have to find another favorite jewelry brand. What's the purpose of a warranty if it's a crazy hassle for the client? And over 2 months wait? Ridiculous! Update 02/04: Customer relations is already involved. They are the once that told me my ring didn't ship out until 2 weeks after I brought it in so wasn't rece9in repair until 3 weeks. And so far nothing! 8 weeks later nothing!

I was assisted by Trina and she was one the sweetest ladies I have ever met! She was polite and patient with all the questions I had, and she helped me resolve the problem I had and I was so thankful for that! We live in TN, but we will definitely be coming back to this Swarovski store next time we are in town!! I will be recommending everyone to visit this store! The guy that was working there was very nice and polite to us as well! Super happy with the way Trina treated us!! :)))

Some nice stuff, but watch out, the prices listed on the display are not what they charge you at the register. My necklace cost 15% more when they rang it up and the sales man just looked at me when I asked why the listed price was cheaper and he just said, “well, it’s more. Do you still want it.” Well, seeing as my wife was standing behind me waiting for her anniversary gift, you got me. But pretty poor service. Won’t be back.

I love Swarovski and always shopped their products. The Lenox and perimeter locations need to hire more welcoming and experienced staff. European Experience at any Swarovski store in Europe is always high standards but here they kill any wish to come back. The white lady with grayish hair at Lenox doesn’t smile, rude and has no clue how to serve and make the customers happy. Went there two times and will never come back that location again. Awful customer service!!!!!
