We went to the store and told the girl there that I have an appointment for ear piercing. She didn’t say anything and walked away. We followed her, then she showed me the board for the kit. Then I asked her if the earring is silver, she said she didn’t know. Then she went to ask her coworker and never came back…. This is the most unpleasant shopping experience I’ve ever had 🙃Instead of impolitely looking me up and down, you guys could talk with me, you know?

They pierced my 3 month old daughter ears.. I don’t remember her name but she was kind..I just wished they had a closed off section for people getting their ears pierced it is very out in the open. The other customers were annoying one girl kept being rude talking and flirting with my husband all while my daughter was getting her ears pierced. However I tried to remain calm.. Her ears were pierced properly and I was excited..
