I wanted to exchange a pair of shoes I bought with a coupon. I was actually exchanging one pair and taking two and would have had to pay over $60 for that second pair. But they would not allow me to exchange the pair purchased with the coupon. They said the coupon “could only be used once”. Makes no sense to me! I was not trying to use the coupon again. I simply wanted to return $50 worth of merchandise and purchase $120 instead. I used to love DSW and I’m a member. But this might have been the end of my love affair with them. Horrible policy!

This warehouse has good collection of shoes and foot wear. Look out for bargain sale and you can get foot wear at reasonable price. They have foot wear for Gents, Ladies and kids. They have good collection of.various foot wear Brands. This store is well maintained and excellent customer service. They also provide hassle free returns.

I love the Buckhead location right by 400. The staff is always great, they check on you periodically & let you know they’re there if you need them. But most importantly they let me shop. I’m one of those people that goes in the store a takes their time to make sure I’ve selected the right pairs of shoes! They’re very organized too so it’s easy to see everything in the big open space.
