Great work. I have used this shoe shop many times- they have kept some of my favorite shoes alive years longer than they should have lasted. I have had purse straps re-attached here and belts fixed. The work is high quality and the service is very personable.

Hey y’all I have had these Birkenstock shoes since July 1994. I had the sole replacement twice. This time the Brother at Briar Vista Shoe Repair replaced the entire sole with a Birki sole. He did a fantastic job and had them ready when requested. Thank you Briar Vista Shoe Shop. Safiya Abdul

I was referred here by a friend and she was absolutely correct at how amazing briar Vista shoes repair services are. They took my old platform Birkenstocks that were completely worn down and rebuild the sole to even better condition than they were when they were brand new! They also clean them and waterproof them so they actually look brand new. Great price for a basically brand new pair of shoes with a better sole. Highly recommend

Abo, the shop owner, does a fantastic job. He was able to re-heel and polish two sets of leather ankle boots that were completely scuffed and worn down. He finished the repairs ahead of schedule and let me know when they were ready to pick up. You can really see his attention to detail in his work. He matched the color of the replacement heels perfectly and painted the edges to blend in seamlessly. I would definitely recommend Abo to anyone in the N. Druid Hils/Emory area for his leather work and shoe repair.

I contacted Briar Vista Shoe Shop for their assistance in repairing the zippers on two of the DoorDash Bags that I use daily. I had the pleasure of speaking with Abo on 2/8/22, to which he confirmed they repair zippers too. The bags previously had zippers from the manufacturer that just didn't hold up. Not only did Abo give top notch quality at a fair price, he was able to get it done the next morning and promptly contacted me via phone when they were ready. He asked which zippers I preferred (black, brown, silver) to which I opted for the silver. He even sewed the end of the zipper tracks so they would not fall off. Now I have upgraded zippers to provide exceptional service to hungry customers. Thank you for your remarkable craftsmanship and timeliness Abo! I will definitely be back for my shoe, zipper, and leather repairs. Much appreciated my friend! Also stop by to see his awesome goldfish :) **Please Support Local Businesses Everyone**

The owner was extremely friendly, fast and efficient with repairing my shoes. He took the time to explain the different options that I had as far as repairing my shoes which I truly appreciated. He actually completed the shoes a whole day earlier and even gave me a call to let me know that they were ready early for pick up. I highly recommend Briar Vista Shoe Shop, not only for quality of work but also the outstanding customer service he provided.

THE BEST!!! I needed the soles on a pair of Christian Louboutin heels restored. I dropped the shoes off on a Thursday and he told me the shoes would be ready the following Thursday. Not only did he finish the shoes by Tuesday, but he did an amazing job making my shoes look like new!! The red sole was in perfect condition and he even made sure to restore and shine the rest of the shoe. I was pleased with the price and the turnaround time was faster than any other shoe repair could guarantee. I will definitely be returning when I need future shoe repairs!

One of the straps of my purse was broken in an odd spot. I was so worried that it wouldn’t be able to be salvaged. Not only was the strap repaired, but they reinforced all of the straps on the purse. (This will prevent any future issues). Now I can confidently wear this purse with no concerns for the same issue to present again. The price point & the turn around time was extremely reasonable. I was worried the repair would impact the integrity of the purse & it has not. In fact, my purse looks even better than before. I will absolutely come back for any future needs. If I were to have another issue with a luxury bag, I’d come here again.
