I've brought 2 pr of boots in and the work was so good I brought in 2 customer holsters for a bit of modification. Brought in 3 more pairs of boots and have not been let down at all. Quality work ready when stated and any questions I had were answered. Highly rec this shop, friendly and knowledgeable.

Doug is the owner. Had a really messed up pair of boots. He was reasonable on pricing. He had what i wanted and even threw in a high shine polish for me. $110 for half souls, new leather liners and a great conversation about old cars. Its amazing who you meet in small towns. Would recommend 11 out of 10 times

Nice guy, knows his business, does good work. Here's my problem, regarding the COVID-19 matter, Georgia has been open for a few weeks. Many similar businesses, repair shops, dry cleaners etc. have chosen to open part-time which allows customers to pickup their property that has been on hold for many weeks. As per his phone message (open after March 30) instructions I have called many times and haven driven by his shop but he has not opened. He has not made any correction to his original phone recording that would provide some updated information. He gets paid in advance but for some reason appears to not care about getting repairs back to his customers. Because of his lack of consideration I have only given him two stars. Otherwise he would have earned more.

He does excellent work and I’ve taken shoes, knife sheaths, leather bags, and other items for repair. He’s a skilled craftsman.

The strap on my daughter's shoe was broken so I decided to try this place bc it's so much closer to me, even though i have always taken my shoes to the Little Red Shoe House for repair. The man said it "probably" could just be glued instead of stitched. He said the price would be $12.00 and i had to pay in advance. Why would i pay for shoe repair BEFORE the work was even started?? Ummm. No. Instead, I will go to the Little Red Shoe House where I KNOW they do good repairs.
