Nice folks and shipping part is fine but parking is VERY difficult. Only a few spaces at very front and they are usually full up. When you are in a hurry, you are out of luck. Not sure why they don't do anything about it.

2 day package turned into a nightmare. Seen 2 trucks deliver to other residents in my apartment complex and meanwhile I am waiting in the house all day because I have to sign for it. No updated but just on truck. I am.still waiting for my package.i wil update more once we see the final.outcome.

I was sitting here, doors open, waiting for the package that tracking said should be arriving soon. Suddenly I see a message "Customer not available or Business closed." That must of done a drive by... no one even attempted to enter. Infuriating!!

This particular location has been very helpful, However I can't say the same for FEDEX as a Corporation. Should consider changing there name to the 3 legged Pony Express with Blind Riders........ Sorry Honesty is Always the best policy !!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Don’t pay for overnight shipping. They say they guarantee arrival but that’s a lie. I’m out $50 with a potential dead animal due to the negligence of fedex.

I never have received a package shipped through FedEx that was actually delivered to my apartment. They leave it at my landlady's door upstairs. They claimed to have delivered a chair I ordered but it is nowhere on this property. Had a man come to the house a few months ago looking for his wheels he ordered. FedEx told him they left them at my landlady's address. Need a good driver for the East Hall County area.

Stood there for 5 minutes while a lady ignored me. Only to have a gentleman come in from the back to tell me there was no reason to wait for a receipt because their computer was down. Would have been nice if Ms Lady had told me that 5 minutes ago. Horrible parking lot. Craters in driveway and no available spaces.

The three stars is not for the staff as they have always been friendly and professional. The 3 stars is for the size of the center and how busy it gets. There does not seem to be any good alternatives for FedEx drop offs or to get a receipt after dropping off other than waiting and hoping there is a spot to park. FedEx could do a lot more to make this a more friendly center for patrons to come to.
