The store is a mess. The inventory is little-to-none. HOWEVER, the owner is super knowledgeable! The lead installer is a young Latino. The guy is super helpful & WILLING to help! Their equipment prices are high (if they can get the merch). But their prices (to install & do tint work)...are very reasonable. UPDATE: Brought my vehicle back here a 2nd time to get 2 speakers swapped (from rear - front) & 2 "new" installed (rear). Not only was I charged $125 MORE than quoted...the installer BROKE my door lock, door clips, lost hardware and didn't put my panels back on. At the end of the day, my door wouldn't "open OR close" (from the inside OR out). Now, I, have to pay to get it fixed. Preliminary quotes (parts & labor) to repair it are $425!

This company does horrible, sloppy work! While trying to put in a radio they ruined the interior of my brother’s corvette that used to be my late fathers. A very sentimental vehicle that they did not take care of and did awful work on. Cracks and gaps everywhere and the radio was crooked. They broke part of the dash and tried to say it was like that already. Their solution was for him to hot glue it back together. No remorse. Poor customer service. Do not go here!!

These people are the worst. Overcharged me for a dash conversion kit that I didn’t need because they were too lazy and untalented to use the factory original dash and then did a sloppy hideous job in the end. Cracks and gaps everywhere… radio was crooked and they even broke part of my dash and tried to say it was already like that. Absolutely no remorse or concern when I pointed out the obvious issues and the only suggestion was that I could hot glue my dash back together myself if I wanted. Do not go here. Poor quality of work. Poor customer service and poor products. Stay far away if you value your vehicle in any way. This place sucks!!!

I’ve used this company for years with no problems and now I paid for the expensive tent just have to bring it back and they had to re tint it two more times. And now, they got a lot of condensation in the camera area on my Tesla model Y. They say that it’s normal but it’s definitely not normal. They should not have even gone and pushed an instrument into the area. (Saw them do it) And when I said something about it, the owner went ballistic on me. Telling me that my car was cheap and that he tints cars that cost over $200,000. I don’t think that was necessary and if this condensation don’t dry up within a few days I’m definitely going to take legal action. And I mean that. Service: Heat control window films

I took my truck to have a window fixed and the job was done quick and the guy, Dustin, i dealt with was great. I noticed a screw was missing from the door panel and asked and the employee that put my door back together accused me of lying saying it was never there when i had replaced it myself not even 24 hours before. He had also not completed the job and left panels out of the door. You expect a job to be done right when you pay good money for it. Very unprofessional. Would only go back if i dealt only with Dustin.

Top-notch! Exceptional service, not often seen these days. I don’t know when I’ve had a more professional, friendly vendor experience. Fair pricing, outlined for clarity—-they sorted out a car stereo disaster created by my teen and his friends. We found them only after checking around and having been treated rudely by several shops in the Athens area. Worth the trip to Gainesville. The owner came out to the parking lot to thank us for our patronage and to tell us that if we need anything or have any issues to be back in touch and they’d be happy to help. They’ve won a customer for life and I’ll tell everyone I know. Plus, the smile on the teenager’s face, priceless. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping us!

They send me from the dealer to get my windows tinted. The left a lot of water stains on my brand new truck.I asked the owner if he was going to clean that he told me to take it to the car wash. They do a good job tinting but not a very good job at cleaning.
