Super nice folks providing amazing, fast and friendly service. I showed up at 1pm on a Saturday, with no appointment, needing a new head unit and six new speakers for my son's graduation gift. They knew he had driven four hours but it was 100% our fault for getting there so late and so close to closing time. They didn't skip a beat, jumped right on the service and 45 minutes later, my son was grinning ear to ear. They even took the time to give him a walkthrough tutorial on his new Kenwood Wireless Airplay unit. I can't thank the guys at Jimmy's enough. You have earned a customer for life. I would rate 10 stars if that was an option.

Jimmy’s is higher than most installers, but you will not have issues out of your installation. They will not allow for you to wait for the installation at the store. You can walk to either nearby fast food restaurant while you wait. You will need to tune your system to your preferences. Lastly keep your original receipt, since they claim to not track anything.

Dropped by to get pricing on a new stereo and left a couple of hours later with a new stereo with all the latest features including a backup camera. Very impressed with the transparency from Chad. Chancy is the one that did the install and he was very thorough on explaining how to use the stereo. Drop by and see these folks for top notch service and quality work.

Came in Thursday for the first time, no appointment, my subwoofer I had for years was blown so I was looking for a replacement. Got an amazing deal on a BANGER. All the employees were very nice and quick to get me setup and on my way. Couldn’t recommend this shop more for anything car audio related.

Great service, good value. Not only did they do a very nice job on my hardware install, but the window tent is fantastic too. A few months after the install, one of the speakers went bad, warranty coveted it, replaced for free.. Give them your business. They deserve it.

I recently visited Jimmy's to transfer the main hardware (2 amps and a sub) into a new vehicle. I was most impressed with the staff's willingness to take the time to answer my questions and offer suggestions even before I was a paying customer. The person in charge, Chad, was especially knowledgeable and provided an on the spot estimate (the final price actually was slightly lower than the estimate). My installer, Matt, also took the time to look at the equipment I already had, explain to me what else would be needed, and gave some ideas I hadn't thought of to get the best sound. I'm very happy with the final product, and I can tell Matt cares about his work as the amps were mounted evenly and the wiring was organized and clean. From this experience and having done business with other car audio shops in the area, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jimmy's as the best place in the Columbus, GA metro area for car audio.

Owning a business myself customer service is just as important as quality of product. You will get both here. Make sure you ask for Corey he will take great care of you. I had about $2500 worth of equipment installed on my boat and every works perfect and install was neat and clean.

The entire team did a phenomenal job with my Jeep SRT. They were able to keep the factory head unit and with todays technology you would be hard-pressed to find a more knowledgeable team than Chad and his installers. I have had several sound systems throughout the years from other shops and on various vehicles but this one is hands down the best looking and best sounding by far. The entire team; from window tinting, to knowledge of equipment and installation is all top-notch! Excellent experience from the entire team every time I go there! Truly remarkable!
