They advertise they open at work 730 am which is completely false I've been here since 715 am it is now 744 am and I hey still aren't open as advertised

Rarely do they have the parts that I need for my car but their customer service is great and they have military discounts. They don't wear masks in the store or gloves.

Bought tail lights here and wasn't able to get them changed that day due to drill. Went to get them changed on my way home and they said they wouldn't because it was raining. I live 2 hours away and couldnt come back later.. They should say that when they advertise putting them in with purchase.

Literally the worst to to go to. Different stores are better. Management is not up to par. Employees have an attitude for no reason. Just to return a part that was misdiagnosed. All they care about is taking your money.

This is the most horrible o'reilly store that ive ever been to or done business with! Usually this is my first choice for parts, however this particular oreilly gave us the wrong part 2 different times. They insist they did not and replaced the wrong part for another wrong part. Some of the workers are very polite but other than that, completely unhelpful. Very unhappy with this particular store on Deans bridge rd in Augusta, Georgia

Mr Willie was very helpful & customer friendly however it was discouraging to see his coworker not being of any assistance to him with the pos system or phones. Mr Willie was left alone in the store to deal with multiple customers while the other employee was standing outside talking. If not for this I'd have given a higher rating.

This O'Reilly's is vastly becoming a favorite of mine. The employee's are professional and are always willing to help. I can always find everything that I need at this store. If something is unavailable, they have someone drive it over from other stores! With competitive pricing, this O'Reilly's is a must go-to for your auto parts needs!
