Good overall experience, but employee was in a loud discussion with customer the entire time I was there. I left early because it was distracting.... 🙁

Bought a hot pocket from here as a quick lunch omw home and it was old. It smelled weird while warming it up but I thought nothing of it. It’s so disgusting they allow this family dollar to remain open looking and operating the way it does. Update: purchased one from a newer family dollar just to be sure. And as you can see something is really wrong with the pale hot pocket.

This location has been a 1 till now July 2022. This location has a new manager and she is not tolerating any more of the filth Hallalujah. I only pray they would paint the building to make it appear it could be a 5. Our Community deserves better and I appreciate someone with vision. Look forward to seeing them come up higher. Thanks new Management 😃 also fresh fruit and veggies welcomed 😋

This is ny favorite store, I go to this location frequently; however, when certain employees are working their conduct is horrible. Vulgar music with profanities should not be played at work but at home not in a public store. It's disrespectful and totally inappropriate for a business. When you have NO regard or professionalism it shows. The clerks that worked the evening of 2/22/2022 have no business working for any public chain when their conduct is rude, and callous toward the customers. There are some cashiers that are nice and sweet but not everyone is suited to work with the public.

Friday night, I leave work and pulling into the parking lot at 9:45 PM. That was plenty of time to pick up my two items and head home. At 9:45 THE DOORS ARE LOCKED. The store manager looking at me like I'm the one wrong. This store manager is always operating this store likes she owns it. If you don't like working in our neighborhoods, LEAVE. FIVE MORE shoppers showed up after I pulled up. This is an unacceptable. You had shoppers in the store. You DON'T KNOW WHAT customers are coming to get.

I am in the store shopping needed to use the bathroom. I was told Manager didn't want anyone to use there restroom. Good thing I didn't have my child with me, she probably had to wet herself. You want us to shop in your stores, but we are not good enough to use the restrooms.

The young lady that worked this morning was extremely rude and nasty. What surprised me the most she was watching the Gospel of someone preaching on her phone. Still she presented herself like a lil devil. I will never shop here again. Rude heffa!!

Why do your store hours say you close at 10pm, but I arrive at 9:52pm and they won't let me in to quickly purchase my items. You need to honor your store hours.
