I started back shopping there, I have not had an issue, i just add everything up before I check out. Most staff are friendly & its in a convenient place. (Old Review) Add your items up before checkout & check your receipts. I was charged an extra item. I went back in the clerk checked the items I purchased last night and none of the items came up to match the extra item price after ringing them up again to check them she then told me to check with the manager tomorrow. I checked in with the manager Dec 19, 2021, she told me nonthing she could do. I checked the prices in the store, none of them matched. The reason I checked the receipt is because half of it was missing but the rear numbers and last digits of the NSN was there. It happened to a guy about 2 days before he caught it before leaving the store though. At least the clerks were always friendly I'm not sure if I will go back though.

This store has the worst customer service. There is a lady there with short hair that I think may be the manager. She leaves often even when she’s the only person there to go outside & I’ve had to wait for her to come back to be checked out. This opens the door to theft and horrible customer service. She never speaks. She never greets. She will hold conversations on the phone before she assists you. Just a horrible location. The location on 2820 Joy rd.

Usually I enjoy my shopping in the store,but today, extremely loud rap music was blasting with "m.f. this and m.f. that along with the N word. Not ok Not acceptable at all. This is a family store. Not a private bar. I don't know who was working that had this going on but you need to correct this

When they are stocked this is a great location, today was the first time I've seen them just completely out of a lot of essential items. Usually I would give the about 4.5 stars. Clean store, friendly workers.

What can you say about Dollar General!!! Convenient..convenient...convenient! This store is organized like a major warehouse. It is easy to find items and the staff gets you in and out quickly.

Great store. Packed full of things to buy at really good prices. Theonlyreason i didn't give it 5 stars is because there were boxes everywhere of stock that needed to be put out on the shelves. They might have been working on our and then got busy but it seems they would work on one or two boxes at a time so the store would look cluttered. However, over all i enjoyed shipping there. Plus they had clean restrooms!

I love this location. But the employees are no help when they are always stocking. And when you are looking for a particular sale item that's not on the floor you would think they would check the back to see if they have any in stock. But that's a no go definitely need customer service training.

My local store is clean, well organized and quiet. I went for some specific items and found everything! Cooler, greeting cards,and tea pitchers, just to name a few.I love my DG!

I like Dollar General. Their prices are not anything special but they have a little bit of everything you need. They will take ALL of your money for eggs, milk or bread, but everything else is reasonable. You have to go online to get the digital coupons, but if you do, it will save you money like crazy. The stores are literally EVERYWHERE in Georgia. A lot of towns have nothing else (thanks Walmart), but DG opens early and closes late. Good job!

This trip was for a change of clothes. I'm in Augusta for a few hours and my pants are saturated. Underwear too. 🤬🤓🤫. JK!!! Thankfully I had a hoodie and just tied it around my waist. Do I drive half an hour home for free clothes and just refuel?? I'm sure if I didn't need an oil change, I would have made the trip. So anyway, I grabbed a cute pair of tights, pack of undies and a towel and went on about my day.
