5 Best convenience store in Augusta, Georgia (GA) 2024

I started back shopping there, I have not had an issue, i just add everything up before I check out. Most staff are friendly & its in a convenient place. (Old Review) Add your items up before checkout & check your receipts. I was charged an extra item. I went back in the clerk checked the items I purchased last night and none of the items came up to match the extra item price after ringing them up again to check them she then told me to check with the manager tomorrow. I checked in with the manager Dec 19, 2021, she told me nonthing she could do. I checked the prices in the store, none of them matched. The reason I checked the receipt is because half of it was missing but the rear numbers and last digits of the NSN was there. It happened to a guy about 2 days before he caught it before leaving the store though. At least the clerks were always friendly I'm not sure if I will go back though. ~LaTravis

I am starting to realize that maybe it is upper management. This is unacceptable, I could not change to another handicap spot because they were already taken but you have a cigarette Post in the middle of a handicap loading and unloading zone also kind of blocking the ramp and right beside the door to get out of your car I don't know what to say. Anyone in a wheelchair will tell you this is ridiculous it's obviously need to go there by management because you're painted a sign on the concrete stating where it belongs. I like going to pilot but I'm going to start going the other places that care about handicapped people. Twice in one week that I have found pilot to not care about people in wheelchairs . One in south Carolina and the other in Georgia ~Amanda

Busy but lady working handled it with ease. Had problems with their app, cashier had patience which I greatly appreciated ~Christina
