I am starting to realize that maybe it is upper management. This is unacceptable, I could not change to another handicap spot because they were already taken but you have a cigarette Post in the middle of a handicap loading and unloading zone also kind of blocking the ramp and right beside the door to get out of your car I don't know what to say. Anyone in a wheelchair will tell you this is ridiculous it's obviously need to go there by management because you're painted a sign on the concrete stating where it belongs. I like going to pilot but I'm going to start going the other places that care about handicapped people. Twice in one week that I have found pilot to not care about people in wheelchairs . One in south Carolina and the other in Georgia ~Amanda
