Lots of empty shelves, but friendly staff that'll look for items in the back if you ask. All self check out

The ear blasting music at the entryways will split your skull. Can't get tobacco unless a specific lane is open, and then only 20 items or less. Many self check out lanes don't have a functional conveyor belt or hand scan wands. The employees doing pick up orders won't curtail to real people walking/shopping. Stock always piled everywhere that you can't move your cart from one aisle to the next. This place sux.

I ordered same item from Amazon cheaper than buying it from Walmart. Bait and Switch shelf prices doesn't match register. The Manager deserves 0 stars even with me taking a picture of the shelf price she refused to honor the price. I have a New policy when a store manager acts badly I'll order it from Amazon. Thank you Walmart your manager quoted policy and Now I have my own policy. Laughing out loud.

Management extremely unprofessional.There was a scooter on an endcap for $32 supposed to be $328.I called corporate on phone and manager told corporate she would honor the price on shelf.Once corporate was off the phone she than stated she would not honor price and to find another manager.I was told that manager was in meeting by store employees.I was there an hour waiting on a manager who was supposedly in a 5 minute meeting.That manager (Rosalyn)finally came and said she could not and would not honor a $328 item for $32.She also stated we never spoke to corporate on the phone and that number was only customer service. This was the most horrible,nasty experience I've ever had. The managers there don't deserve to be managers.

My daughter has spinal surgery and no one in the store wanted to help look for a riding cart but one particular guy and I thank God for him all the other employees they didn't care. I just wish that Walmart will have a policy where if they don't need the carts they don't need to get on it!! or get more carts .

Walmart is the ultimate convenience store. It has almost everything you need or want in one location. This is about Walmart on deans bridge road in Augusta Georgia. Plenty of parking places, easy access to all entrances and exits, and a great selection of goods from food to automotive. All in all, a very good shopping experience.

I was able to purchase camping supplies, clothing, groceries and filly prescriptions within 1/2 an hour. Door greeter was friendly and the employee in sporting goods was very helpful.

There were no opened cashiers available. I had to ring up & bag my own groceries... I don't like doing all of this for myself. I enjoy going to the store and having services rendered to me...

Don't come here to exchange propane. I waited 45 minutes out by the cage. I called inside after 12. They said they would page someone. I went back inside after 30. Still no one came. I called again after 40. Finally an employee leaving stopped to exchange my tank. I don't know how much they make on propane, but I won't come back for it again. I will avoid this Walmart as much as possible.

Although this time I was able to return items(socks, shirts, sweaters) that fell apart in the first washing. What is disappointing is for the last couple of years the quality of their items have decreased dramatically. We bought a couple of 5 gallon wood protectant for the fense and the utility trailer bed. We did not notice that someone returned them to Wal-Mart with water in them. WAL-MART never refunded our money so we could buy some good ones. They treated us like we were the ones who did it. This type of things have gotten worse over the past several years. Very sad.
