Very helpful. Place is very busy probably because it's the local hub for other stores in the area. It is open later than other stores the Couple negative things I noticed is the manager corrected outloud an employees certain behavior. And because how busy it was a couple employees were pretty impatient with customers. Overall I shop here because of the prices and rewards program but more importantly is the knowledgeable Staff and the way I'm treated matters most.

Not all bad news, but I did have a absolutely horrible time trying to get fuel injectors for my 98 civic lx. I had gone to 3 different locations, this being the third, and all of which when I had arrived, after having ordered them a 3 days prior, and seeing that they were used and not checked before being returned or shipped. And than before I had ordered those, I had the same situation 6 days ago ordering them just to see they were used prior. So a whole week which should have only been a one day job, considering they said they had them 6 days ago and you guessed it, used and incorrect parts for the Hillsboro and Beaverton and Portland location. Now what I can say, is it’s not the people’s faults who I had talked to. I get it, things happen, etcetera etcetera. AL the manger for this Portland location was absolutely phenomenal helping us figure out what had gone wrong and what we could do to help our situation. Very knowledgeable on our vehicle and giving us proper direction in our next steps to getting oem parts and specifications. As well as being genuinely sympathetic for us. Great job on als part very pleased with the customer service. Orielys, on the other hand, clean it up and do better.

The location, part availability, and customer service at this location is pretty good overall. The companies return policy is an actual joke though. Payed $80 for a part that didn’t fix my problem so I went to return it, and was told I wasn’t allowed to return it since it had been installed. How am I supposed to know it wouldn’t fix my problem?

The customer service at the store needs a massive overhaul! I went to my local store and was told this location was the only one with a help! Section door handle in stock, I drove 40min one way rather than waiting 5+hours for an order delivery, so while there she arranged for the in store pickup and verified it's existence. I walked in to this store shortly after, handed the part and politely asked to warranty a door handle to start conversation and was immediately told by a " stand-in manager " she would not warranty the part because it was painted and damaged. I politely asked her how that made any sense for replacing a warranty part that was on my vehicle and she continued to make up excuses without even looking up my account. (She legitimately asked if I pulled the handle off my car as if that's not what would happen if it broke off) I asked for someone above her and no one was available. I continued the very unintelligent conversation for a few minutes more before telling her she wasn't very intelligent, then another male employee reinforced her decision of kicking me out of the store over a 20$ door handle. I then sat on the phone with Tammy from customer service corporate who then made me wait another hour for the assistant store manager to return and make a decision, to be told that "they were not comfortable doing their job". I went to another store to have it ordered and within 7 min I was in and out with a new warrantied door handle in hand. Maybe check your egos, clerks. As a veteran and long time customer I'm shocked you're still holding your jobs.

Staff eager to help,and seem to get the customers exact needs without question. However a better discount system sure could be put in place, most discounts are for expensive or multiple purchases of one product
