The location, part availability, and customer service at this location is pretty good overall. The companies return policy is an actual joke though. Payed $80 for a part that didn’t fix my problem so I went to return it, and was told I wasn’t allowed to return it since it had been installed. How am I supposed to know it wouldn’t fix my problem? ~Nicholas

These guys are great. If you ask the older salesman (because he has experience building engines and restoring cars), he has a wealth of knowledge and can help you find the hardest parts and share techniques. Great. ~Alan

The person who helped me (I think his name was Chase? Tall with curly hair), was wonderful. He used the code reader on my check engine light, explained to me what the code meant, how urgent it was, and then recommended several mechanics for me to see about an appointment with. He was very kind, and it was actually the first time I, as a woman, walked into an auto parts store and not been condescended to or made fun of for not knowing much about cars. Baxter's is good but since they had the management change I'm not is positive about them as earlier. What a manager tells me that I can't go behind something without being escorted because I might steal something, as a longtime customer I had a bit of a problem with that. I know all of the guys there and have shopped with them for years. Tom was one of my go-to guys and he is not working for Napa out on Southeast Division so I send a bit of my business there as well ~Harry
