I got excellent service. I was even told that I was there too soon! I still had a thousand miles to go. She said that if I come back when it's due I'll get a discount! How nice of them!! To the only thing about it is they took about 30 minutes to get to me when I was first in line. That's why I gave it an 8 and not a ten!

I hate getting my oil changed as a woman because almost ever time I do they tell me I need a bunch of stuff done that I don't really need to jack up the price. I usually just ask for a list and say I will let my husband know. That list is never as long as the one they gave me verbally. The last couple of times I went to this Jiffy Lube I was helped by JJ Miller and I could not have been treated better. No unnecessary services were suggested, work was done fast and with a smile. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to everyone but especially to women who want to be treated fairly! Service: Oil change

So, so, SO fast!!!! Only issue I had was: I pulled in & told the gal I had ran out of windshield washer fluid the day before, so make sure you top that up, please. She said that's a part of their signature service, so it would happen. Cool, thanks. Cool, no problem. I get my oil changed. I get the smog test done. I drive away happy as a pug in slop. 2 miles later I hit a rain shower & go to use my fresh new windshield washer fluid. Wah-wah-wahhhh! 😢 No fluid! 😭 So after spending like $89 to get their signature oil change, I got to spend another $10 on windshield fluid at Ace hardware on my way home. 🤦🏻♀️ Other than that; great experience: pull off 82nd, get oil changed, pull back on to 82nd: 14 minutes flat! That's INCLUDING the DEQ test for my tags!!! Yes!!! 👍😎

AJ was nice and immediately greeted me as I drove up. I mostly interacted with Tim who went through the inspection and showed me what my car needed (no annoying high pressure sales tactics). He had a cordial attitude and was easy to talk to and I told him I'd be back soon. The waiting area was clean and stocked with hot coffee. Thanks guys!
