I originally came in on August 19th to look at a vehicle on the lot. I ended up putting a deposit down on a different vehicle that was still being built and yet to come in. Austin was very patient with me and answered all of my questions I had. I ended up doing a home delivery option when the vehicle came in. Austin personally delivered it on October 3rd and we did all the paperwork at my house. Everything went great and was a smooth process. Austin really made things easy for me and was a pleasure to work with.

Our salesperson was great and that is the only reason I gave a rating of 3. Otherwise it would have been a 1. Also, if car buying wasn’t so difficult these days, I would have walked out of your dealership upon meeting your finance lady. She has to be one of the rudest most unprofessional people have I have met in very long time.

Everything was great until I realized how shady thier finance department is. If you do a trade in, make sure they sent your loan holder the amount you contracted for. For us they over inflated our payoff amount sent less to our loan holder and tried to talk about how financing works to a finance person that deal with leases on a daily basis. Will never go back.

Austin provided an excellent balance of salesmanship by promoting the product and providing options for me, while at the same time not being overbearing or pushy in any way. He was personable and made me feel very comfortable. He was patient and never made me feel pressured in making a decision one way or another. The wait we experienced, however, in signing the paperwork was particularly long. There were many people purchasing with only one person there to handle that side of the purchasing process. This was of no fault to Austin or the notary doing that paperwork. If there is to be sale or event where there could be a backlog, please provide additional people to handle this side of the process as to not keep your customers waiting for up to 2 hours in the showroom for just that final step.

This is my first review ever and it takes a lot for me to write a bad review. I have been in contact with this dealership for a little over a month trying to find the best vehicle for me and they were very helpful. Until yesterday I went in to look at car and the sales person was upfront about scratches on the car knowing what I wanted and what I didn’t. I knew there was another VW on the lot so I asked if I could see it and was told it was on the over flow lot and I could come back and see it. I made an appointment to come the next day and test drive it. During the day the sales person I have been working with sent me a video of the car and saying “I think this is the car for you and we finally found one” and confirmed my appointment. I arrived for my appointment to find out the car was sold. They didn’t even have the decency to contact me informing me they sold it even tho I had appointment to see it. I walked in to just turn around and walk out. I was told “it’s the nature of the game and that’s how it goes sometimes”. Not only did I waste my time driving to the dealership I wasted fuel which is very expensive these days. Please do not waste your time here. Look elsewhere I know I will be doing the same!

Both Nik and Billy were great. We’re very patient with me as I am indecisive and get nervous when buying a car. I really liked dealing with them. Made the car buying experience a very good one. I did not feel pressured which I love when buying a car. Would definitely recommend!!!

I had my heart set on an atlas with captains chairs. My husband and I went down one day we were free but unfortunately there was nothing available to even put a down payment on but they took my information. They reached back out with some options that were coming in and I made another stop down. I got to work with Dave and he helped me get my dream car. He communicated through out the entire time we waited for my car to be delivered and thought of everything we needed to sign papers once my car came in. We went to the dealership today to finish the purchase and we were in an out so quick! Dave even took the time to go over all my features in my car. Best dealership experience we have ever had! Highly recommend VW of moon and Dave!!
