When the food is made correctly it’s really good, but this is the second time within 2 weeks I ordered from this location & both times my order was made incorrectly & had to be remade. I work in fast food so I completely understand that this happens from time to time, the first time I ordered it was on the app & had to drive back to get my food remade. Tonight my roommate went in to order our food & luckily he saw the mistakes before he left & got them to remake both our incorrect sandwiches, thank god he seen because my sandwich had gotten blue cheese put on it which was asked to not be put on due to the fact I’m seriously allergic. All in all, the food is amazing but the staff needs to pay more attention when making the orders

I’ve always had good experiences with this Jersey Mikes, but after my experience today, I don’t think I could ever return there. I placed two orders on my app at 12:25 PM. One was to be ready at 12:54 and the other at 1:10. My 1:10 order was ready at 1:30. I asked at the counter to let them know I was waiting on my other order and received a response of “okay.” Another 15 minutes passed and a total of probably 20 customers came in, ordered, and left while I was still there. When I checked in on my order, i was completely ignored. Stared at, but ignored. I asked if they could please respond to me so I would know the status of my remaining order. I received dirty looks with again no response. I left without my PAID FOR order because I honestly had no clue how long it would be. I’ve never had worse service at any other establishment in my life. It’s a shame because I know there are some great people who work there.

Tried this place twice to come up with a good review, I felt that for what I got it was over priced. The Italian sandwich I ordered the second time honestly wasn’t very good, I would recommend jimmy Jon’s or even subway over here any day.

We went to this location at about 6:45pm on 8/2/2022 and each and every employee working that evening was amazing! I was so impressed with the attentiveness, politeness and most of all the quality! Our Cheesesteaks were amazing, I am definitely going back! Hopefully the same crew is working when we decide to return.
