They are doing the best they can, with the short staff they have. Especially, the pharmacist Steffany and Cassidy, they do everything in there power to help and are kind and professional. I’m grateful that I don’t have to go to Fredericksburg to get my medicines.

Horrible pharmacy! I’ve sat waiting for a prescription and actually watched them walk right past a ringing phone. They NEVER pick up that phone! My son needs diabetic supplies and the app says to contact the pharmacy for refills. How am I supposed to do that when they won’t answer the phone? Sure, I can drive there but half the time either the pharmacy is closed or you have to sit in the drive through line which is always around the building. Worst pharmacy ever!!!!

I really hope the construction across the street is a Walgreens or any other store to help this little cvs service the customers in this area because the line is always wrapped around the building and it is so slow

The worst customer service ever! My daughter and her girlfriend went to send 1500 dollars for me to my mom via money gram. JASON the manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional. I had to meet my daughter at the CVS to give her more money to complete the transaction. The gentleman first checked every single 50 and 20 dollar bill that made up the 1537, fine. The cash register displayed 1537 due. He put the money in the cash drawer and printed us a receipt that said 500 dollars with a 37.00 charge. I refused to accept that because it didn't match the amount of money we had just handed over. He said there's a reference number on the receipt call them to figure it out, I don't know what to tell you. (YOU DON"T KNOW WHAT TO TELL ME!! I WAS LIVID) He went on to say "you can cancel it" I said, "yes cancel it and give me my money back". After he returned my money, a light went off in his head that maybe now his register would be short. Here's when the attitude disappeared and all of a sudden he was polite now. He said, "wait can I call my manager," as we were standing there counting the money. He brought the receipt back out and said look the printer just didn't print the 1 in front of the 5 (I guess I looked like a damn fool to him) I ignored him because at this time I was over him, and the damn judgement. He got her on the phone and walked out to me handing the phone towards me to talk to the manager. I told him just what he told me. "there is a reference number on the receipt call them, I don't know what to tell you. Next time I bet you won't racially profile my family and mistreat us. If you don't like helping African Americans don't work, we're not going any where! Look at the receipt and tell me if the printer missed printing the 1 in front of the 500 in all 4 instances? BS

Should of checked the reviews before I called in a prescription here this place is awful!! Terrible customer service should definitely level this place and start over. Waited on the phone for an hour trying to get the pharmacy on the phone, if you can’t properly staff your stores you need to just close down!!!

This is my least favorite CVS. It's small and outdated. I really wish they'd knock it down and rebuild a nicer bigger one on the lot across the street. Most of the staff is very friendly though and it is convenient for us locals.

After being discharged for an emergency surgery, my husband stopped to pick up meds. 2 days later, I was feeling better and called the pharmacy to inform them that we were given 2 of the same prescriptions, one called in by the surgeon and one by the d/c physician. Long story short, I spoke with the Pharmacist who clearly said she would have caught the mistake had she been there, but that it was not normal procedure to give the same prescription twice. I asked for the price difference from what I paid vs. GoodRX, she said the coupon code wouldn’t work. Realizing this was in fact in oversight on their part I expected something to be done, but it was not. I called cooperate who called the pharmacy. The story that was then given was that they asked my husband did he “want everything”. Well...as most husbands would answer, he said yes. I told corporate the same and the gentlemen on the phone agreed he would have said yes as well. He also felt that since it was in fact in oversight on their end they would be willing to work with me...and they did not. I chose to escalate to situation and just received a phone call from the district leader who left me a long message now saying the Pharmacist stated they, (I quote) “told your husband there was two different formulations from two different doctors given at two different times”. My issue is not the money and having 2 of the same prescriptions that I have absolutely no use for...it’s the lack of ownership and now a THIRD story as to how you claim you explained in full details that he was paying for 2 of the same medications.

Over staffed pharmacy department has cashiers, techs,and even 2 pharmacists at times yet even with such a huge advantage compared to locations with non stop environment that fills 20 times the scripts of this location are I'll equipped with only a cashier and one pharmacists without a tech manages to get the scripts to you promptly and on time if ordered via phone. Also if you go to this pharmacy for sometime and bring in the same prescriptions they make you sit for 45 minutes or more to say umm we are out of this and have to order it so I agree a week goes by and a visit shows that they never ordered the meds pat

Nothing but problems with the pharmacy ever since they somehow obtained Ladysmith Pharmacy customers when they closed. Just this morning, I have not been able to get through to them to request a refill by phone. The phone continuously rings. I can't believe they haven't realized yet that there is something wrong with their phones. Many other customers are complaining too! What is the problem with this CVS?
