Destiny was great she got me in and out, the girl the day before couldnt get the computer working and lost my sale told me come back the next day i did and the store wasnt even open so i went to another dealer i called the store and Destiny answered the phone and helped me before i even left the house so she made the sale for the co.

No answer when I called. Store hours posted were not valid. Said they opened at 10 and still weren't open @ 11 when I left. Tried to find another store in area by calling customer service from the app and got a person from a call center in another country who spoke broken English. Told me that Cedarville PA was only 6 miles away from Paulsboro. Other than that, she couldn't do anything to help me. Tried calling METRO in Woodbury on Broad street and noone answered the phone all day....tried for 8 hours to get in touch with someone. SO frustrated!!!!!

My husband and I came in here to switch from our previous carrier. 3 years of hundreds of calls and nothing ever really done, we were over it. Danisa and Karla were the kindest women. We never had such a good time in a phone store before. They explained everything, were very kind and courteous. We walked out with much better phones with a much better plan than our previous carrier. I can't wait to pay our bill every month if all the staff is this fun. Thank you for everything and we look forward to being with Metro for a LONG time 😀

The worst customer service, customer support and ability to keep clients, once sold, by how they treat their questions, and support their account and hardware needs is nothing short of retention neglect. I've neglected my cellular needs by staying too long with this, my local Metro Store, thereby giving their long term employees the chance to Royally scree me over in the end. My only happyness now lays in going back home to T- Mobile, thereby leaving them as far back in my dust as I possibly can, hoping they choke to death on my dust.
