After going to the T/A in Bordentown NJ the location that's closest to my company and being told that no EFS checks could be cashed, I drove 30 miles south to the T/A located in Paulsboro NJ and was able to cash an EFS check due to my company trailer being towed. Even though I was told that this location was short on cash Khaleel was able to cash the check which really helped me out severely. Much respect Khaleel and keep up the great customer service.

Way to many Bobtails taking up Parking spaces Had to reserve a spot Restaurant closed Food in Diesel island Hot Bar is Disappointing just as bad as Taco Bell!!! The Petro/ T/A Franchise don’t care about us Drivers anymore it’s all about get your fuel and get outta here it’s sad. Talked to a waitress @ T/A kenly Nc the other night she said they are closing most all restaurants putting in Fast Food

Morning staff in the main store are rude dont even greet you when you come in bathroom is decrepit the place is 90% reserved parking for truckers (which i think shouldnt be a thing). the only saving grace is the evening staff they were nice and friendly and polite.

You pay for a parking spot and when you get there there's no where to park. When you ask, all they say is that there's nothing they can do,and you'll have to get ahold of customer service for a refund. The lot is full of dropped trailers and Bob tails. The restaurant has been closed since the flu pandemic, there's no reason to waste your time here.

They have everything a trucker needs, from limited free parking, reserved parking, gasoline, diesel/def fuel, rest rooms, mechanics shop, laundry machines, snack shops/ Convenience stores and conveniently place near a bunch of dining options. They do have a restaurant diner attached but it is currently closed due to COVID. Overall great establishment.

At the fuel Isle Bldg where they have the hot food, it is just the nastiest sight you will ever see. They don't stir the food and keep it moist, it all looks like dried out horse patties! The pork chops were dry, the meatballs were dry, the sausage links were okay, but what I think we're hamburger patties really could have busted a window! And the veggies!... the corn looked like little rocks! Very wasteful of food, and no pride in their work

A1 repair shop.. got a PM the other day and the front desk guy named Todd went above and beyond what you usually get from TA.. he helped me schedule what time to get there to shorten wait time, gave me one of the best techs I've seen working at a TA (I forget his name, sorry buddy), helped me troubleshoot an issue that's been plaguing me for months, me sure they had all my necessary filters before I showed up, and when he didn't, he sent someone to go get them from another TA! Bravo, Todd... not what ya normally get from TA

I wish I could rate it with NO stars. I stopped there this morning at around 9:40 and stood at the counter with the hot foods for far too long. The guy there saw me standing there yet he said absolutely NOTHING to me as I patiently waited. After waiting an extra long time I finally left. I'll take my money somewhere where they actually want to sell their food. The worst cook / counter person ever, and I run from Alabama to Maine.

They know how to take a reservation, they just don't know how to keep one. (Humble credits to Seinfeld). Paid through the app for reserved space, that wasn't available when we got here. Cashier toldp that the lot attendant guy was upstairs. Went to track him down and he was busy watching TV. When I told him the problem he rudely said it would take him a half hour because he needed to get his jacket. We know in this business that time is money and that is just not acceptable. I told him that a half hour to wait was too long and he said he doesn't go out in that parking lot anymore because every time he does the police are called. He told the cashier to give me a refund and told me to go find another place to park. Worst TA for truckers. Lousy and rude customer service. Obvious management problems at this place.

Food was good. Typical truck stop. No buffet just salad bar. It was pretty fresh n kept up with. Service was good.
