I would give this company 5 stars but I can't as long as they use drivers like Jorge Escoto!! His not the regular guy that usually delivers the fuel at the company I work for but when the regular guy is out k.w. rastall oil send this guy (Jorge) and first he's always pull up across the street and sleep for about 2hrs. (Smh I always have to go over there and wake him up) Tonight I not only had to go wake him, He only put fuel in 14 out of 22 tractors that usually fueled 3 nights a week and said that his fuel tank ran out of fuel! (Why would a fuel company send out any of their fuel trucks without enough fuel to do the route that it's assigned to do?) I don't believe that he ran out of fuel, I believe that's he's just a lazy worker!!! If this guy is sleepy all the time during he work hour then maybe he shouldn't be driving a fuel truck!! (That's Disaster waiting to happen) The head lines will read; K.W. RASTALL OIL FUEL TRUCK DRIVER FALLS ASLEEP BEHIND THE WHEEL AND KILLS ????

This place has great service but one thing that NOT ACCURATE IS THEIR HOUR They are NOT OPEN 24hs They open at 5am -6am during the week and on the weekend they open at 7am. Hope that’s useful for any trucker out there that’s planing a early start. Diesel is usually 3cents - 5cents more then anywhere else on rt.130.

My job has an account with this company for fuel, and every time I go here to fuel up my truck the guy who fuels the trucks always has a bad attitude and is very rude, and even snatches the receipts from me when I sign them! Early in the morning there is no need for that, I really hate going here to fuel up so I will be going to Ryder to get my fuel from now on! And will be calling corporate on this guy!

It's right by home. I fill up there once a week. They might be a few cents higher than other places, but it's the same price if you pay cash , credit, or debit. I know the guys that pump fuel there , not personally but as a regular customer. I have no complaints.

I can take rude, no problem. I can take clueless, no problem. However if you take rude AND clueless and combine them, it's a really bad experience..I pulled up to the kerosene pump....didn't see anybody....went inside....and employee with his feet up and not willing to move an inch said, there "MUST be somebody outside by the trucks" .....I went back outside and was greeted with "You takin a tour?" I replied " No, but I didn't see anybody".... he fuels my can and is quite annoyed by my uncertainty of exactly how much I want. It didn't really matter since I was paying with a credit card, so whatever you put in, I'll pay for...so what's the difference?.....anyway, before he begins fueling I ask him, is this Grade K 1? He says "All I know is that this is kerosene" .....Really? Wow. Rude AND Clueless.....

We have been getting our heating oil from Rastall for almost two years now. We have saved so much money instead of using a payment plan that most other oil companies use. Saving a $1.00 to $1.50 per gallon is well worth it.

FAILED to deliver, not 1 time but 2, and the oil had already been paid for both times! We have small children and pets! One of those failed delivers resulted in not having heat this winter over a very cold weekend!! Don't bother to call the emergency line , they do not check the messages. And to make matters worse, they had not a care in the world when presented with the problem.

The Worst if you need fuel right away, plain and simple you just won't get it. no matter how cold you are, you have to wait until the next day, and if its the weekend, ohh you have to wait until monday. If you call 2 days in advance they are ok, but for emergencies, THE WORST. and I was a customer for at least 5 years, Does not matter to them at all.
